“Great base to walk to Pwllheli and Abersoch via Llanbedrog beach!”

We also visited Porth Neigwl/Hell's Mouth, Aberdaron, Porthor/Whistling Sands and Porth Dinllaen! Great sea view from the garden! The cottage had everything you need!

The property

This lovely, semi-detached cottage is in an elevated position set in the stunning seaside village of Llanbedrog in North Wales. With the great location and suntrap garden, this is perfect for a family holiday on the stunning Welsh coastline. Enter this warming property and be greeted by the delightful hallway-cum-dining room. Just off of the dining room sits the cosy and welcoming sitting room with cream leather sofas, an open fire and finished off with characterful wooden furnishings. The ground floor is completed by a well fitted out family bathroom and a fresh, well equipped kitchen. Both of the bedrooms are upstairs, they are pleasantly decorated with charming bed linen to give you a relaxing night's sleep ahead of a big day of exploring. In the summer, make the most of your south-facing garden with a choice of courtyard or patio to sit and enjoy the weather. Llanbedrog is a wonderful seaside village for a North Wales break, it has two pubs and the nearby beach has their own beach cafe, what more could you want? The two pubs in the village, which also do food, serve all year round and the nearby Llanbedrog beach has it's own beach cafe. There is a Spar and a pharmacy close by, and a regular bus service to Abersoch and Aberdarron or East to Pwllheli and beyond. With a range of sandy beaches, some within walking distance e.g Llanbedrog, Warren and Abersoch, what more could you want? The superb location of the cottage provides easy access to both coastal and perhaps hill walking, cycling, sailing and a vast array of other attractions and activities upon the Llyn peninsula to suit all ages and tastes. Perhaps soak up the sun at the three mile stretch of sand at Porth Neigwl or venture out to Bardsey Island, where you will be delighted by the interesting history and rich wildlife. Brush up on the local history further by spending some time at Criccieth Castle which is set on the rocky peninsula overlooking Tremadog Bay. Abersoch and Pwllheli are both easily accessible from here, they are popular seaside spots both with a good choice of shops, pubs and things to do. A warming cottage in a great location for a beach break.
