  • "The property was great, it was in a good location closer to the beach than we first thought."

There was adequate parking for our two cars which was good. The house was modern with good Wi-Fi and Netflix already installed on the tv, the kitchen was modern and all appointed. The let down was that the bathroom radiator was leaking I did have a message which explained this and was advised that a plumber could be arranged to visit the property Tuesday. The plumber never arrived and I was not kept informed of this, so we were left with a leaking radiator which could not be used for the week, I did try and turn on but as the water was drained the surface became red hot which was not good with our 1 year old crawling about. Overall a good stay with this one issue which let it down.

  • "We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay and would definitely book again."

The property is well positioned for exploring the Llyn, so close to Abersoch and Morfa Nefyn beaches as well as the pebble beach at Llanbedrog.

  • "Nice, clean property."

Very cosy and comfortable. Good parking and outside area. Lovely and convenient for a walk to Llanbedrog beach, two pubs and a Spar shop. Large wild rabbits came into the garden at night and two owls were flying around close by, which is great (in our opinion!).

  • "Excellent accommodation and very clean and tidy."

Kitchen well stocked and very comfortable sofa and chair in the cosy lounge area. Used the log burning each night. Beautifully presented and immaculate. We loved the position so close to the beach and easy access into Abersoch. We liked it so much we have booked another 3 separate weeks next year. Would highly recommend.

  • "Lovely property in a great location."

Well maintained and decorated with all the 'mod cons', plenty of parking and you cna even see the sea from the lounge area. Welcome package of Welsh cakes and milk was a great little touch.

  • "Great house, exactly like the photos and great location."

Pubs, local shop and dog friendly beach all within walking distance. Property well equipped and lovely. Only downside,no washing machine, but local laundrette just 2 mins away by car at local service station. Clothes airer would be handy for beach towels etc. But otherwise pretty perfect.

  • "We had a lovely stay at Ty Tilley."

The house had everything we needed for a relaxing midweek break. The 'upside down' layout works wonderfully with the large balcony/outside seating area, sadly we had rain, so were unable to make full use of this facility. The house is easy walking to shop, pubs, beach and cafe, as well as being very close to the Wales Coastal Path.

  • "Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Glyn y Mor."

It is nicely furnished with everything you need for a comfortable break, exactly as described. Excellent location, we took the short walk to the beach each morning with the dog and enjoyed a coffee in the Aqua Bar. It’s also a 2 minute walk to Tremfran Hall if you want a nice meal. The Ship, a short drive away serves an excellent Sunday Lunch. As there is no street lighting around the property, a torch is recommended, however if there is a clear night, the view of the dark sky from the balcony is spectacular.

The most comfortable sofa and cosy, clean living space. Appreciated the Welsh cakes, bread etc on arrival. Beautiful balcony space was a bonus. All within walking distance to beach, shop , coastal path and art gallery. Many thanks Ann Cassidy and family

  • "Beautiful property, perfect for a getaway."

Took our daughter and dogs. Worked in the day and the WiFi was perfectly reliable and at lunch and evenings strolled down to the beaches for long walks, lunch at the beach bar, tea at the pub. Loads of wild life and pretty views. Butter, bread and milk were left for us on arrival which was a really lovely touch and the kitchen was equipped with cleaning equipment. Bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom (powerful shower gets another tick) and lounge all spotlessly clean and equipment in good working order. Very well furnished. Only down side was that we had to come home eventually Thanks for being lovely hosts

  • "Absolutely loved this accommodation, just perfect."

Bedrooms lovely and cool in this scorcher of a week. Balcony great could always find a place in the sun or in the shade to sit. Will definitely be back. Only a stroll to the beach but house in lovely peaceful setting. Advertised with sea view which wasn’t really accurate but loved it all the same.

Thank you for your lovely review. We are so glad you will be returning. Best wishes, Susie&Ian Property Owner

  • "We had a fantastic stay at 20 Glan y Mor, Llanbedrog."

The property was very clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfy with luxurious bedding. Bathroom facilities were very good and it was lovely to be able to have a nice soak in a good sized bath. Good powerful over bath shower too. Loved the fact that the bedrooms and bathroom were downstairs and open plan living room/kitchen upstairs and large patio doors opened out onto a lovely balcony area with plenty of seating. Convenience store nearby and also two pubs within walking distance. Another plus was that we were close enough proximity to walk down to Llanbedrog beach

We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay at TÅ· Tilley. We really look forward to welcoming you back soon. Best wishes, Susie&Ian Property Owner
