  • "Lovely property, out little family of four found it perfect for a cozy stay."

Well appointed kitchen and everything you would need in the house. TV with all Smart facilities to keep little ones happy. Allocated parking is ideal as very quiet lanes. Nice shop at the bottom of the hill and nice pub 1 minute walk away. It did state in the welcome pack there was a welcome pack of wells cakes and milk which wasn’t provided but wasn’t a big deal for us but would have been a nice touch. Would DEFINITELY recommend and return. Thank you

  • "Lovely cottage and nice facilities."

One recommendation would be a small hose pipe for the outside tap, it would be especially handy after being at the beach with the dog to keep the house clean.

  • "Fantastic property and location which led to a wonderful family holiday."

I feel that a garden parasol was needed as we endured very hot weather and also this would have helped with shading the dog. Lovely friendly neighbours also. Some guidance on recycling would have been helpful but all in all would recommend this property and definitely the location!

  • "The cottage is beautifully presented and in an excellent location for exploring the area."

It is very well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. A tv in the master bedroom would be nice but that’s only a minor thing that we would have liked. All in all a great holiday cottage.

  • "Cottage was very comfortable for two of us."

We think 4 adults might find it claustrophobic. Family with two children should be ok. Road outside property is rather busy, care is needed when driving out of parking space. Also there is no pavement outside. Cottage was cool on warm days, to the extent of being cold in the evenings. We had to turn on the heating at times although we did not use the log fire. Bathroom is small but adequate, kitchen is similar. Some instruction regarding the refuse collections, and the recycling bins would be useful. Altogether we found this a good base for exploring the Llyn peninsula.

  • "A lovely clean and tasteful cottage , well equipped, apart from a hairdryer and iron."

There is a nice dog friendly pub virtually next door but unfortunately it was fully booked all week. The beach was lovely and in walking distance. We were so glad to be able to book this accomodation at short notice and the weather was brilliant.
