Some comments (mostly complimentary) about our stay in this lovely, well located flat."
It was a nice welcome to have a pint of milk, some tea and soap waiting for us plus a good bottle of wine.
The quality of the rooms & furnishings were the right standard for the price charged.
However some things which will be useful for the owners to address :
Some instructions (manual) as usual in other holiday accommodations, of how to use the heating (especially as the night temperatures were very low) -local health facilities (minor injuries, Pharmacy etc) - Where bins are kept
The toilet brush needs replacing
The plants in main bedroom and kitchen are deteriorating and are hosting many little flies.
If the doors would shut properly it would help keep the temperature comfortable
2nd bedside table in main bedroom.

"We had a fabulous stay at 18 Tyn Celyn."
The property was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The owner was on hand immediately to sort any queries that arose and she was extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying at this property.

"Excellent first floor flat that was clean and had all the basic essentials."
The flat is well located and within easy reach of local shops and only a 20 minute walk to the main town and sea front. The off road parking is convenient and in a very quiet area. We met the owner who was very friendly and helped with any initial queries that we had. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would hope to visit and and would certainly recommend the flat as an excellent place to stay when visiting Llandudno. My only observation was that if you turn the wrong way when visiting the bathroom from the bedroom you would fall down the stairs which would result in serious injury. I would a safety gate at the top of the stairs. Also the TV operation takes some getting used to. Nevertheless a very nice place to stay.
Apologies for the delayed response… non the less many thanks for your positive feedback. Although there has been no mention or concerns regarding the stairs in any of the past guests feedback… I will take note and provide a safety gate upon request. Thanks again and I hope to welcome you back in the future.

"We had an enjoyable stay at Tyn Celyn."
Extremely spacious with everything you would need during your stay. Comfy bed and well equipped kitchen.
The location was ideal - we didn’t use the car while there. Only a few minutes walk down to to the seafront or along to the town. The town has a good selection of independent shops, as well as most of the out of town staples on the shopping complex which is very near the flat.
We did a trip on the train to Blaenau Ffestiniog, stopping off at Betws-y-Coed en route.
We would happily return.

"So clean, comfortable and relaxing."
Bav was so accommodating to us, she made sure we felt at ease even with bringing children that were at times really loud but she was fine with it and reassured us and was so understanding. Would love to come back, we hd such an amazing time. Beautiful apartment!

"We loved our stay at Tyn Cottage."
The rental was clean, beautifully decorated and a perfect place to retreat to after a long day exploring.
Excellent location, quiet but within walking distance to the seafront. Host was helpful and the gifts on arrival were a lovely touch. Would love to return.

"My wife and I have just spent a week in this great property."
It is in relatively quiet area of Llandudno and yet within easy reach of the town and many places of interest. The property itself is very spacious and well maintained.
It has everything provided that you would need to have a relaxing time.
The owner is a lovely lady who was able to offer suggestions of where to eat etc
Would love to come back in the future.

"Our stay at Tyn Celyn was perfect."
The apartment is beautifully furnished, very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was very well equipped too and the shower room was fab. Quite simply, everything had been thought of by the lovely Bav who was warm and welcoming. The icing on the cake was that it is in a very quiet area and it was lovely to take advantage of being able to sit outside and relax. Would certainly recommend. Five Stars Bav, thank you.

"This property is situated in a quiet residential area close to the sea front, and within walking distance of the town centre."
The apartment is modern light and airy. It has a well equipped dining kitchen and an excellent bathroom.
The owner is a very pleasant lady and gave us a warm welcome. We had a really enjoyable stay and would like to return sometime in the future.
