"We had a lovely weekend staying in the Railway Cottage in Llandudno."
As others have said the parking is down a narrow lane however once we were in it was fine. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. The location is brilliant, close to both beaches and the pier. We had to contact the owner about an item left behind, the response was swift and they arranged for it to be sent on. Would highly recommend this property.
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback , so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. Hopefully welcome you back soon.

Excellent location for Llandudno town - about 10 min walking distance
Hot tub was great - lovely & hot
Really nice touch with the welcome hamper
Very clean
All amenities for a short break
Electric charging point was a great bonus
Would say it comfortably houses 3 couples - 8 would have felt a bit of a squeeze
The parking is also interesting - very tight driveway to get down but there are 3 spaces and off road parking if you don’t have the patience to reverse down a tight lane
Check in was easy and instructions straight forward - host was responsive
Overall I would recommend for couples or a group of friends
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback. we hope to welcome you at the Railway cottage again soon.

"Overall we had a great stay at the railway cottage for Christmas."
Beds comfortable, very clean inside.
Good location to town.
A few negatives
The alleyway to the property is very narrow, and a lot of rubbish and broken glass, we believe that’s how we got a flat tyre.
The kitchen equipment needs reviewing, you only have the very basic items. As we were there for Christmas, it made it very difficult to cook Christmas dinner.

"This is a lovely, well equipped cottage located within easy walking distance of all Llandudno's attractions."
The property was warm for a winter stay with comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The hot tub was a welcome bonus. Despite being adjacent to the railway, the cottage was quiet. The only downside was Jubilee Passage itself which has an uncared for feel, however, once inside the cottage this really didn't matter.
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback, hope to welcome you at the cottage again soon.

"Gorgeous place, good location and perfect for girls trip away!"
Only disappointed was it sleeps 8 but there weren’t 8 of many things. We had to go out to buy wine glasses. Lots of what you would expect to find wasn’t available. Not enough cutlery, dish cloths, tea towels etc.
Thank you so much for your feedback lovely to hear you enjoyed your stay. We didnt realise there was only 7 forks and missing prosecco and wine glasses we have since purchased these items . Thanks for bringing it to our attention. Hope to welcome you again in the future.

"Property is in a great location for exploring Llandudno."
It’s modern, comfortable and clean, but it lacks maintenance and attention to detail.
Maintenance issues-underfloor heating not working-pairing issue. Upstairs bathroom has paint peeling off the walls. Didn’t use the downstairs bedroom because it was “musty” and felt damp. Bedroom lamps and radio not working.
Attention to detail-no salt/pepper or basic condiments left. No tea towel. Only 1 spare bin liner left.
Thank you so much for your feedback it is very much appreciated. We did do a full inspection of the cottage after your raised concerns. The under floor heating was working fine, we don't have a radio its a Bluetooth speaker you have to pair up your device with. The lamps were not plugged in. We couldn't locate any damp in the downstairs bedroom or ensuite. A Tea towel is left under the oven glove, I have sorted the other bits you mentioned. Many thanks.

Railway cottage was a beautiful cottage to stay in - there were 6 adults 2 children and a dog in our party and there was lots of room to relax in comfort
Only downside was not enough storage in bedrooms - a chest of drawers rather than the flimsy wooden open type wardrobe
We had a fabulous time and would recommend this cottage

"Lovely property, modern, beautifully clean and all fixtures and fittings of the highest quality."
Multigenerational family group. Comfy beds and great shower rooms.
Evan, the owner, very helpful about storing my son’s boat while we were there.
My only observation is that a cloth and sponge would have been useful in the kitchen - we went out and bought some.

"Very well maintained and furnished."
Spotless.
Well stocked, including children's cutlery.
Well located for beach and shops . Helpful owner.
TV manual would be helpful as we had problems finding main channels.
Only real drawback was narrow passage to entrance , which needs highlighting to prospective tenants and they should be directed to end of Jubilee Street to avoid awkward turns.

"Beautiful clean accommodation."
Very good for a family or couples. The beds are really comfortable. Some of the best sleeps ever.
Only drawbacks are the access which is down a narrow passage way. It would not accommodate large vehicles.
A welcome pack of milk, bread etc would be beneficial.
Would recommend as a place to stay.
Hi Christina,
Many thanks for your excellent review, out team are really keen to ensure all guests have a great stay, the access is down a passage, we have had 4 ton skip lorries down the passageway when we did the renovation, we will get the small items sorted for you. In the past we have left a loaf of bread and it was in the bin when they left. Milk, tea and coffee are there in the welcome pack.
Hope to see you again.
Best wishes,
Evan, Gez

"Immaculately clean and well equipped cottage a short walk from the sea front."
Comfortable beds. Only small negative comments: the bedroom skylight needs a blackout blind as the outdoor lights make the room bright at night. Access to the property is down a narrow alley and this should be stated in the details as it would be a problem for wider cars or less confident drivers.

"We had a great stay at The Railway Cottage."
Lovely unique property tucked away from the hustle and bustle but literally a few minutes walk away from everything, shops, restaurants, beaches, pier and even the Great Orme on your doorstep! Exactly what we wanted for our family holiday. Hot tub was an added bonus! Beds were super comfy, great that parking is provided and the house has been renovated beautifully throughout. Couldn't of wished for more, we will definitely be back.

"Situated in a good position for access to facilities in Llandudno."
All within easy walking distance.
Couple of minor points.
Waste bin in bedrooms would have been useful.
Grab rail or non- slip mat in shower would be helpful for elderly guests. Two of our party were 80 years old.
Otherwise a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend.

"We enjoyed a lovely stay at railway cottage with our family of 7."
The cottage was very clean & 2 en-suite bedrooms & a family bathroom ensured there were no queue’s in the morning
The hot tub was a big hit & very easy to operate.
Not a criticism but we couldn’t find a hairdryer & the bedroom’s would benefit from a mirror & a mat by the sliding doors when coming in from the hot tub

The living room area was my favourite so comfortable and Cosy and a great place to relax , the cottage was in a great location and was about a 5 minute walk in to town ,we did have an issue with the hot tub that was the only negative really , but we did manage to use it eventually , all in all a great few days in a very modern and cosy cottage :)

"Stayed for a short break at The Railway Cottage, and wished we’d booked longer."
The furniture and furnishings are amazing, and the beds were super comfy. As for location, it is right in the middle of Llandudno tucked behind the railway station and on the flat, making it easy to walk into the town centre to do a bit of window shopping. There are some great takeaways and restaurants within a five-minute walk (or less than a minute in the car).
Hot tub was a great bonus and the cottage is surrounded by high walls, so we had complete privacy. The fire in the living room was so cosy and set a chilled-out vibe in the evenings. Kitchen was well equipped and the whole place was spotless.
The beach front is an easy walk away and we strolled up the pier and then took the cable car to the Great Orme summit. The views were amazing, and we got some great photos.
All in all, we couldn’t fault the place and we will definitely be booking another stay, only longer this time!
