This detached bungalow lies within Llanfaelog, next to the popular village of Rhosneigr, Anglesey.
Complete with off-road parking and enclosed garden, Awelfryn is a wonderful choice for a family of six looking to escape to this wonderful corner of North Wales.
After a day on the beach, wash away the sand in the shower before heading to the sitting room to unwind, complete with a corner sofa, a woodburning stove and a TV.
When hunger picks up, head into the kitchen and rustle up a tasty feast, making use of the electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Gather at the dining table or take the evening outside and enjoy alfresco dining from the picnic bench.
As the night grows darker, retreat to the bedrooms, with a king-size, double, and twin on offer, each neutrally presented.
Start your morning with a fresh coffee before embarking on walk around the local area; Rhosneigr provides a wealth of amenities including many shops and eateries, plus there’s a great range of activities from swimming, rock pooling, sailing, and windsurfing.
Discover archaeological sites at Llanfaelog and Cable Bay, the Trac Mon racetrack and Coed Cwr y Pwll, a National Forest that is home to woodland, wildflower meadows, and a tranquil pond.
Venture to the nearby seaside resort of Trearddur Bay, offering a selection of exciting attractions and sights to discover including The Trefignath Burial Chambers, a trio of Neolithic tombs, as well as the scenic Porth Diana Wildlife Trust Nature Reserve, a well-maintained mix of grassland and heathland boasting breath-taking views across the coastline of Anglesey.

The bungalow is so lovely and looks so much nicer than the actually pictures.
It’s really spacious and lovely layout and great for families! Lots of games and essentials so you feel like your home from home…only thing is we would have liked a washing machine and couldn’t find one but it may have been outside somewhere we just couldn’t find. Apart from that it was spotless, very cozy and the neighbours and location was brilliant 0.5miles from train station, 1mile from Oyster Catcher. Beautiful walks overall a beautiful stay!
We had a lovely holiday, the furniture and bedding were very good quality, clean and comfortable.
The only issue we had was lack of a washing machine (although we were aware there wasn't one we didn't realise how inconvenient it would be!). We were caught in a heat wave and would have preferred to wash our clothes and towels midweek in a machine rather than in the kitchen sink!! Found it odd a dishwasher is provided but not a washing machine but obviously it's the owners choice.
Very clean and comfortable.
Great WiFi. Well equipped kitchen. Convenient location. Easy access on arrival and the milk and bara brith much appreciated. The garden was rather untidy and the steep driveway- we accessed the house through the back door - steps to the bins rather treacherous for us as grandparents but children able to help. But we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
