  • "We had such a lovely stay at The Nook 285B."

Everything we needed was provided for us and more than expected too. It was important our accommodation was stress-free, having 2 young children with us. And it certainly was. We had one issue with the cooker that Susan and Steve were more than happy to help with. The location is ideal as not far from Colwyn, Rhos, and Llandudno. Such a lovely view out of every window. We hope to go back!

Thank you for making time to leave a lovely review. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay. We hope to see you again in the future. Kind Regards Susan & Stephen Property Owner

  • "Thank you so much, Susan and Stephen, for a lovely stay at The Nook."

It was so comfortable and cosy. The kitchen was more than well equipt, with a fantastic full size fridge/freezer, great for when you're self catering and cooking whilst away. The accomodation was immaculately clean, with plently of towels for bathing, etc and plenty of good night's rest in a wonderfully comfortable bed. Great TV and internet too. The area is beautiful with plenty to do, not far from anywhere - most places of interest within half an hour - The Great Orme, Bodnant Gardens, Penrhyn Castle, Caernarfon Castle and boat trips, Llanderis and Snowdon, and the lovely Anglesey for bird watching which was a little further afield. Great convenience store just 5 minutes walk with an excellent butcher next door.

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback and recommendations for other guests to read.. You certainly had a lovely time with your visits to the attractions. We hope to see you again in the future. Kind Regards Susan & Stephen Property Owner

Owners helpful and kindly when needed. A clothes line/whirly gig in back garden would have been helpfyul.

Thank you for your feedback we appreciate comments from our guest to help us improve your stay at the Nook. We have provided a large airer which can be used outside but have also been asked for a line by a previous guest so will look at placing one into the garden area. Thank you for booking with us we hope you will stay again in the future. Kind Regards Susan & Stephen Update: We now have a rotary line for our guests to use.. Property Owner

  • "I don't normally write reviews."

However, I feel i need to, due to the outstanding friendlyness and cleanliness of this holiday accomadation. The owners were lovely and friendly. On our arrival, they greeted us and ensured that we knew where things were. They had kindly supplied a hamper, which had various everyday necessities including bread, milk, butter, jam, orange juice, etc. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and well looked after and was nice and warm on our arrival. Because we had taken bikes, they kindly let us utilise their lockable shed, which was a Brucie bonus. The sea front was not that far away, just up the road over a foot bridge and down a few streets well within walking/ biking distance. I have to say, out of the various holiday let's that we have used, their's was by far one of the best. Thank you for our stay, we will definitely be back.

Thank you for your fantastic feedback we appreciate that you made time to leave it, especially as you dont normally leave it. We are happy that we are doing what we can to ensure our guests have an enjoyable stay and are always looking at what else we can do to continually improve on it. We are adding more cycling routes to our guests information folder. . We look forward to welcoming you again soon :) Best Regards Susan & Stephen Property Owner

  • "This property is well situated to visit many of the attractions around North Wales."

Visitors should be aware that there are two flights of stairs to access the apartment, especially if they have mobility issues.

Thank you for booking The Nook and your feedback which is appreciated. The apartment is on the first floor and does not have a lift so there are flight steps to gain access to the accomodation. It is mentioned in the property description that there are steps up to it and to take care. There is a ground floor apartment would be more suitable for guests who have disability issues as it is on one level. We hope you would book with us again. • "The apartment was spotless when we arrived and the welcome pack was a lovely gesture."

There was plenty of storage space in both rooms and plenty of room for a family of four. The only issue we had was with the size of the beds where the children slept they are very narrow and they did fall out of them a few times

Thank you for your feedback. The beds are small singles which have the measurements in the accomodation description. The beds do go together to form a small double which probably would have been more suitable for your childrens requirements. We do have a bed guard made available if there was a problem. We do hope you will come back to visit in the future. Kind Regards Susan & Stephen Property Owner

Although on and near two busy main roads with windows shut the traffic noise could not be heard . Owner called us to say we could get into the property early and met us to show us around, very warm welcome. Would recommend this property for a couple as it was quite compact but big enough for 2 in comfort .
