This property is located in beautiful surroundings with spectacular views.

You can sit outside for breakfast and feel at peace as you take in the view of the mountains and listen to the birdsong. The owners are extremely sociable with lots of information on where to go. If you love animals there are dogs and chickens to enjoy. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and fairly close to all you need. We had a restful and memorable stay.

The cottage was absolutely superb with everything we needed and in such a beautiful location and the most friendly, informative hosts, we felt so welcome throughout our visit.

We had the most gorgeous weather and enjoyed every moment and would definitely love to return again. Its a very special place

Amazing rural retreat, perfect for couples enjoying the Llyn peninsula.

This cottage is an absolute gem.

Fitted out to a very high standard, comfortable and spotlessly clean, with a lovely little enclosed garden for sitting out. The weather was mixed on our visit, but we were quite happy to stay in this comfortable cottage during the couple of bad weather periods. This cottage is definitely on our favourite list.

A lovely cottage, perfect for two people, in a beautiful part of Wales.

Visitors should not rely on the postcode to find it. Our satnav stopped short, but once we arrived we were delighted with it.

Very clean cottage with good facilities and absolutely fantastic views. The owners were also to hand and very friendly. The area is full of interest with plenty to do, even if the weather did not co-operate at times. If there was one negative, being two large people, we did find the bed slightly small. That might be us being used to a super King at home!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ael-y-bryn, set in breathtaking scenery, it is a lovely well equipped converted stable, immaculate with a welcoming cosy interior which is central to all our favourite seaside resorts.

The gift of Welsh cakes on arrival was a sweet treat , What more can you ask.. We would like to say a big thank you to Maggi and Andy for a very enjoyable stay. David and Jane

Fantastic clean well equipped cottage in a quiet rural spot but only 10 minutes from Nefyn.

Owners were very friendly and helpful.

This is a delightful cottage in beautiful, peaceful countryside.

Maggie and Andy gave us a warm welcome. The cottage is very well equipped with everything one needs. We found it easy to visit lovely areas on the peninsula from there. When driving there, be sure to follow their recommendations….our SatNav took us on a circuitous route on very narrow roads! The weather was rather unkind to us but we found places to visit and stay dry.

My husband and I really enjoyed are stay at Ael-y-btyn , beautiful scenery, lovely well equipped cottage, and central to all are favourite seaside resorts, We would like to again thank Maggi and Andy for an enjoyable stay.

Superb accommodation.

Clean bright and modern but not at the expense of comfort and intimacy plus a view out on to what seems like your own private craggy hill top. Location provides a sense of quiet and serenity while still having facilities not too far away. An ideal spot for exploring the Llyn peninsula and its possibilities for fresh air and reinvigoration.

An amazing property with incredible views!

Ael-y-bryn is a beautifully, well designed and furnished cottage perfect for two people and a dog. Excellent use of the space with unique heating/air con system and a very good sized wet room. Immaculately clean (not always the case in dog friendly properties, we've stayed in dozens). Huge garden with good quality garden furniture and parking right next to the door. Well situated to allow easy exploration of everything the Lleyn has to offer. We absolutely loved it!

Ael-y-Bryn was a perfect size for two people.

It was comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful views of fields and hills from the property. Quiet and peaceful. The owners, Andy and Maggie, were very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay here.

Location is fab, plenty to explore nearby and the views from the property are amazing, once the clouds disappeared! Lovely place inside and had everything we needed. Would recommend.

We really appreciated how friendly and approachable the hosts were and how comfortable we were made to feel. The barn has been fitted out to a high standard and had all we needed for an enjoyable stay. Stunning views in all directions. Thoroughly recommended!

Absolutely lovely property, the area is stunning and the owners were so friendly!

They even showed us their recently hatched chicks! The cottage was perfect for what we needed and was extremely clean. Would definitely go back.

Everything was fabulous beautiful tranquil location close to alll the local villages the place was comfy and clean and the hosts were very friendly and the chickens !

Couldn’t have been more perfect. Great location, welcoming and friendly owners who were so down to earth and helpful. The converted stable/barn was beautiful and well equipped. Had everything we needed. Loved it and definitely will be back

Nicely equipped cosy cottage ,well maintained , With nice views , in an ideal central location.

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived to the moment we left.

We stayed here for a week no issues whatsoever. We where warmly welcomed, absolutely spotlessly clean,doggy friendly (fenced in for any little adventurers if like my pooch) beautiful views,private parking, short drives to pubs & beaches. Would highly recommend staying here for a relaxing stay to all my family and friends. We will definitely be back to stay :).

We had an amazing holiday, the accommodation exceeded our expectations, finished to a High standard .

It is well equipped with everything needed for a relaxed self catering experience. The views are spectacular, and it’s very quiet. The accommodation is central to local amenities, and the surrounding countryside. Lots to do and see. Our hosts were available but not intrusive. Thank you for a well needed, relaxing holiday. We would highly recommend the accommodation and will definitely return.

The owners were so helpful to us, throughout our stay.

We need oxygen for my husband, which got delivered to the wrong area, ( 1 1/2 hours away) . With there help we got a new lot of air, no hassle delivered. We couldn't of asked for better hosts. Everything was spotlessly clean, we were left a welcome pack, even for our dog, and there was games to play, inside the table. We will definitely revisit, we loved it there. So peaceful and beautiful stunning views.

Friendly, super welcoming hosts could not have done more. Lots of useful and lovely touches including bread, butter, milk biscuits wine. Spotless and beautifully decorated highly recommended perfect spot for exploring the Llyn Peninsula

The view is amazing and it feels peaceful to just sit outside and listen to all the nature sounds around! The cottage is comfy and everything was spotless, with a welcome sparkling wine and cookies waiting for us on our arrival, along with some treats for our dog. Maggi and Andy are very friendly and were really understanding and supportive when one of us fell sick during our stay. We throughly recommend staying here if you want to explore the Llyn Peninsula.

The property was beautiful, clean, modern and well equipped.

Thank you for the prosecco, bread, cakes and milk left for us on arrival. The outside area was also lovely with fabulous views and table and chairs so we could sit and have a drink or eat out there. The owners were lovely and friendly and had good suggestions about where to visit in the area. Would highly recommend this for anyone looking to explore the Llyn Peninsula.

Probably the best we have stayed in.

Lovely and comfortable. Heating/air con brilliant. Shower great. Comfortable bed, and living area. Views from property amazing and so quiet. Weather was more off than on, but we managed to sit out in garden... just lovely. Owners great, cheerful and nothing was too much bother. Welcome basket much appreciated, and the wine. Follow directions carefully to arrive. Turn left at the sign for Dinas, it's not far from turn off for the old church. If you want a proper decompress.. its here.

We had the most wonderful stay!

From the moment we arrived! Beautiful cakes and a bottle of fizz awaited our arrival! With butter, milk and bread in the fridge! Beautiful touch! The view from both kitchen and bedroom were breathtaking! As was the decor and feel of the property! Huge thank you to our hosts, attention to detail was exceptional! Will definitely visit again 100% this year xxx

We were incredibly honoured to be the first guests to stay in the anccomodation and we were not disappointed.

Absolutely stunning accommodation with breath taking views. Accommodation is finished to such a high standard has everything you need. Andy and Maggi were incredibly attentive, they made us feel at ease and made us feel very welcome indeed. Just wish we could have stayed longer. If possible use Waze and What Three Words to find the property as this will take you directly to the gate. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
