From the start Alison was extremely helpful and her property was very welcoming and well supplied.

Perfectly situated for the beach and local surroundings.

As always the bungalow was welcoming and spotless.

A home from home by the sea.

We had a great stay with our dogs, great location only a 10 minute walk to Black Rock sands beach.

This was our third stay in the last four years, it’s well equipped for a weeks stay, the only downside was the bed in the front bedroom wasn’t very comfy, it could do with a new mattress instead of a layer of foam. Also could do with a back door key. We look forward to coming back again in a few years.

As always the bungalow was warm, clean and comfortable.

Plenty of parking, and good access for loading/offloading. Great for the beach. Nice & warm too. V.poor microwave though. Good tv & nice to have Netflix & Youtube. overall, we would definitely comeback . Would really benefit from another toilet and or bath too.

The outside seating was big enough to accommodate 6 people and the table tennis table was great bonus. There was everything you needed in the property for a comfortable stay. The was location was good and walking distance to the beach.

Everything was nice and clean and there was everything we needed. My Grandson loved the ping pong table in the garage. It came in handy as the weather was,nt kind to us. The shower was very nice and the beds were comfortable, All in all we had a very enjoyable stay and would love to come again.

The bungalow was lovely, it was very clean and comfortable and had everything you needed.

The Welsh cakes and the pint of milk with tea coffee was a nice gesture on arrival. The beds were made up ready for us which was good. The area where it's situated is nice and the beach was lovely to walk to, it was easy to drive to different places from the bungalow.

This was our first stay at Rhos Deiniol.

The location is perfect we loved been able to walk to the beach with the local shop and fish and chops within walking distance. Perfect base to visit the local area. The property was really comfortable, a home from home. The only improvements we can think of would be a small clock in the lounge and some hand wash in the bathroom, all other facilities were of a good standard and appreciated. Really enjoyed our stay and already looking forward to returning next year.

Great location. Super comfortable overall with everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. Amazing rainfall shower which felt like a spa treat every time - also super accessible for my elderly mum to use which delighted her. Mattress toppers for the single beds wld be a great addition if like me you are an adult used to a memory foam topper, I chose to sleep in the twin room so my elderly parents could enjoy a double bed each in their own rooms. Simple hooks to hang tea towel & hand towel in kitchen wld be helpful addition. We loved our time there and felt totally at home. Keen to return next summer & would recommend this property as being perfect for families.

All Tourist Towns and Beaches within a 30 min car journey. Local Amenities a five min walk away . The famous Black Rock beach is a 10 min walk but 2 mins in a car , with parking on the Seashore. The Bungalow has all Mod Cons , well maintained and comfortable in a quiet Cul de Sac with ample parking on the Drive. Weather was great all week to complete a wonderful holiday in a beautiful part of Wales.

Lovely property, clean and very comfortable.

I appreciated the little extras like hand wash, toilet paper, washing up liquid, dish cloth and tea towels. The bedding was crisp; white sheets and duvet covers and the beds were lovely and comfy. The kitchen was well equipped too. This lovely bungalow is so close to the beach. We had walks with the dog, built cosy beach fires, flew kites and played football. Thank you

Rhos Deiniol is one of the very best holiday accommodations we have ever stayed in over the past 35 years!

Comfotable and excellently equipped - everything you might need. The road at the back - a 20 mph road through the village, can't be heard from inside the bungalow and wasn't a nuisance to us outside. And this is a great locatoin. Easy access to a womnderful beach and the coast path with its stunning scenery. Jane

The bungalow was lovely but their were cat hair's on the furniture and on the floor my husband surffers from cat hairs ended up with bad chest also there was a stain on the quilt but other than that we would still go back

Great location to the beach, clean and comfortable inside the property and was well equipped.

We were quite disappointed with the back garden as it could do with a makeover several slabs were uneven and could be quite dangerous, most of the garden furniture needs replacing as seating was broken in the middle and others were covered in rust. As we had some lovely sunny days I thought it best hang out the washing but the fixtures on the wall were broken. It doesn’t mention that the back garden backs onto the main road which can be quite noisy with speeding traffic, it would be far better if the council could fit speeding humps along this road.

Having just returned from a weeks holiday with our family and pet dog at Rhos Deiniol I can say we had a very enjoyable stay.

The bungalow offers all the main comforts you could wish for. We visited Aberdaron, Criccieth and Beddgelert where we had an excellent Sunday roast at the Saracens Head Hotel. The bungalow is in an ideal position for walking to the beach and we can recommend it for an enjoyable family break. Sheila, Flintshire.

It was very clean and well equipped. The rear garden was suitable for my autistic granddaughter. Not over stimulating and fussy. The owner was very helpful and kind. Would definitely go again.

A comfy, cosy property with many amenities.

Nice little garden area that we were fortunate to sit in on quite a few afternoons -we had no rain until Thursday!! 12/15 minutes walk from Black Rock beach - perfect for dogs (& Humans) with fantastic walks in the area. Black Rock cafe (walking distance) open 6 days a week for food which was fresh & nicely presented All in all a restful & relaxing week.

Stay was ok this time, cleanliness was not as good( hairs on pillows and sheets, cups had Tea stains in them).

Crockery could do with an update also, no cereal or pasta dishes. Plates looking tired.

We have stayed in many houses in the Porthmadog area over the years but Rhos Deiniol was the best yet.

Beautifully clean, very well equipped, comfortable and ideally placed for visiting the area. We hope to be back. Just one thing the drive and back could do with weeding but it didn't spoil anything for us.

The bungalow was perfect, spotlessly clean and well equipped.

We felt at home the minute we walked through the door. The children enjoyed all the games provided and we were able to cook an Easter Sunday lunch. The beach is close by and we enjoyed lots of lovely walks.

Porbably the best cottage we have stayed at in Wales.

Lovely and clean, comfy beds, nice bathroom and a good dog friendly garden. We will be booking again.

The bungalow was very clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable and warm. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We loved being so close to the beach, the surrounding area, the peaceful location and the off road parking. Alison the owner was really nice. When I needed to contact her about something, she replied to me straight away. Thank you Alison. I would definitely recommend Rhos Deiniol and just hope I get to return there again.

the only thing I could say is the shower needs a bit of a makeover. We would certainly stay here again.

Great property.

Short walk to beach and shop.. Very happy with facilities. Had everything we needed and more. Was pleasantly surprised to have a microwave as could not see in property details. Only very minor issue was frying pan seems to have lost its none stick , could do with replacing. Otherwise very happy. Thank you.

Myself my daughter and my dog had a brilliant stay the accommodation was fantastic everything in there you would need, it was really clean.

We had a lovely stay, everything we could ask for.

Table tennis in the garage was a great addition for a wet afternoon. Only a few things that let it down very slightly was the bed in the front bedroom was way too soft (it was like a jelly) and the ceiling fan light kept flickering when the fan was switched on and there was no guest feedback book (that we could find). We would definitely recommend it to others, the information book was very useful too. It was a very quiet location and a nice 7 minute walk to the beach with the dog.

The property had everything we could want / need - and more ! Loved the extras such as board games and the table tennis table in the garage ! And the Welsh cakes were lovely thank you. ! Everything was really clean and fresh \ tidy ! Access with the key safe was easy ! Plenty of parking ! And the area was so quiet ! Shop and chip shop nearby , and of course the golf course ! Beach a short walk away too ! Perfect ! We would definitely recommend, and would love to return ourselves soon too ! Thank you for a really lovely stay !

We had a great week at Rhos Deiniol.

There is everything you could want in the cottage, it was very well equipped, very clean & the location was perfect, especially for beach loving dogs. We also loved the extra addition of the ping pong table. We didn’t realise the fish & chip shop nearby was seasonal but the recommendations in the welcome book certainly helped & we found a very nice alternative in porthmadog. The only downside we found, which was personal preference, was the bed in the master bedroom was extremely soft & we did end up moving into one of the other rooms as we found it more comfortable. Apart from that, a great stay in a lovely house & area.

The location of the property is wonderful with so many places to visit on your doorstep. The bonus of table tennis in garage was a massive bonus for the children too! The property was so well set out which is paramount for our family of six, it's not often you find somewhere so spacious for four children and two adults. We met Ali the owner as we were checking out- we were unexpectedly leaving late as our daughter had been poorly and Ali could not have been more understanding, thank you so much. We can't wait to return- it was one of our best breaks away

This is a beautiful large spacious bungalow with very useful outdoor spaces.

It is in a peaceful location. Ample off road parking and perfectly situated for all types of holiday makers and interests. Decor is fresh, clean and tasteful. Very well equipped in every way and wonderfully warm. It was a perfect holiday home and we can only highly recommend and hope to return. Thank you to the owners for providing such a fabulous holiday let.

The property was perfect for our needs, and the owners looked after us promptly with a problem with the broken tumble dryer. Perfect location for walking to the marvelous beach at Black Rock Sands, and for the short drive into Porthmadog. We will happily use this property again.

Perfect family holiday bungalow.

This is our second holiday at Ros Deiniol and it didn't disappoint, the bungalow is a perfect base for a family holiday in a beautiful part of Wales.

We had a very enjoyable week in this lovely bungalow.

Weather was great and we were glad of the ceiling fans in two of the bedrooms which helped with sleep when it was very hot. Good quality furnishings and everything we needed. Well situated for Black Rock Sands and for touring the Llyn and Snowdonia.

It was a lovely place and a shame we had to leave before Friday as we had to get home for family We did let Alison know and we left everything clean and tidy and would go back at some point.

Lovely bungalow, it had everything you could want.

Decorated and furnished to a high standard. It provided a very comfortable base. It’s situated in a quite area a few miles outside Porthmadog. We had a lovely time there.

thank you for letting us bring 3 dogs they never made any mess and we always respected the property. The only negative was the bed in the large room although it was obviously brand new it was not comfortable maybe because I have many health issues and a back and neck problems. Bedding and towels were top quality and very clean. Just a few more more knives and forks please and better quality crockery. otherwise a fabulous place to stay. We will be back!

This beautiful bungalow was perfect for our family holiday!

Fabulously located for days at the beach which is just a short walk away. The bungalow had everything that you need. It was lovely and clean and the welcome book had lots of great recommendations and tips for a perfect stay. The kids loved playing table tennis in the garage after long days exploring the local area! We would definitely book to stay here again.

Found property was lacking in basic cooking eg crockery as supplied was very basic and was scared to use as did not want to break it so Couldn't do a lot of cooking, also heating was was rather strange as came on at 7am off at 10 .

30 am and not on again till 4.30 pm and off at 10.30 pm with no over ride if you needed as we found on a cold wet day .was not what we expected for that standard of property

Although the property was nice, there needs to be an updated description of location and facilities, shops etc in the information given.

This is because the eating out and pub facilities in the area were inaccurate.

And can’t wait to go back! The bungalow was more than we’d hoped for. Beautiful kitchen and bathroom and it was spotlessly clean. Driving onto the beach everyday was the highlight of the week ( even in the pouring rain) ☔️ I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this bungalow to family and friends as long as they leave a week free for me!

Electric light bulbs blown in most rooms.

Basic kitchen equipment not available and quality of plates etc very poor. Nice to have modern cooker but very difficult to manage. Need shelf in shower which had been mentioned by previous visitors.

I think you need to update the description.

The property itself was lovely. It was stated there were 2 pubs , we only found one which has been closed for the past eighteen months! We were disappointed as it meant we couldn't enjoy a drink without one of us driving back. We very much enjoyed our stay , the beaches and scenery were stunning, but we did rely on description of area, so maybe next time we'll need to do a bit of research.

Comfortable well furnished property, only let down by lack of things to cook with etc.

when we go to a cottage we like to do our own cooking and there was a lack of equipment to do that properly. Also shortage of correct glasses It only had pint glasses & roughly half pint glasses, not good for a sherry, whisky or bailey's so more variety of glasses would be helpful.

We had a most enjoyable stay in this lovely, comfortable and well decorated bungalow.

The table tennis table in the garage was an added bonus. We were able to walk to the beach - another bonus. The surrounding area is beautiful and Morfa Bychan is a good base from which to explore. One of our highlights was llama trekking! We had occasion to contact Ali, the owner and she was great and sorted our problem immediately.
