  • "A very enjoyable stay in a comfortable, well equipped home in a superb location."

The owner let us know that the bungalow was ready for us before the 4pm time, which was a great touch and so we're the treats they left. Plenty of room and perfect for a stay with a dog (all ground level with outdoor enclosed stay). Definitely will stay here again when we return to Morfa Nefyn, one of our favourite places.

Comfy bed with lovely linen, towels, hot hot water and very welcome goody pack for us and our doggy too! We had need to contact the ‘owners/managers’ with a problem who went above and beyond quickly and kindly to ensure our stay was just the best. A huge thank you for a brilliant time ….

Many thanks for your feedback, we are so happy that you enjoyed your stay at the Bungalow. We look forward to welcoming you back soon. Stuart & Jo Property Owner

  • "Lovely stay at The Bungalow from 29/6/24."

Very clean, very comfortable with everything we needed. We’ve stayed at other properties at Tywod Arian, but having a garden which was enclosed and safe for our dog made a real difference. Beds are very comfortable, all rooms are furnished to a high standard. Loved the big TV and another in the second bedroom is a bonus. Loved the many board games, especially on the days when the weather wasn’t great. The welcome pack was also very much appreciated. We had a welcome text from the owner, Jo, which was a lovely personal touch. We love Morfa Nefyn, the beach, the walks, the local cafe and pub all within a few hundred yards. This time we were lucky enough to see the seals at Porthdinllaen, a really magical experience. Everything about the holiday and the accommodation was first class and we can’t thank the owners enough for allowing us to stay, especially with our dog. There were doggy treats, dog bowls and throws for the settees and chairs, and a handy outdoor shower was convenient for washing sandy paws, it’s so nice to feel your dog is welcome too. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and would highly recommend the Bungalow.

Thank you so much for your great feedback. We're so glad you enjoyed it. You left the bungalow as you found it which is hugely appreciated. We look forward to welcoming you back!! Property Owner

  • "Property was nice, quiet and out of the way and in a fantastic location."

Everyone slept well and there was plenty of room. Parking was fine but quite a few of the apartments in the block were empty which may have helped. Property was in relatively good condition with some parts looking a little tired but still perfectly functional - everything worked. However it didnt matter too much as there was a good selection of games in the living room, and a well equipped kitchen with literally everything you may need. We couldn't fathom how to use the TV properly as there were loads of remotes but it was fine as we brought the iPads instead. We felt that we needed to put the cutlery / crockery / glasses through the dishwasher when we got there, but that could just be down to previous renters hand washing instead of using the dishwasher. However the price was good, and flexibility was brilliant as I had booked the wrong dates, all was sorted within 24hrs. The points highlighted above were only minor and have not detracted from the enjoyment of our holiday. Thank you!

  • "Overall the bungalow is a very good place to stay."

It is in a great location, has good facilities, plenty of space and has a homely feel. However, we feel let down by the damp smell in the back bedrooms which was very strong. This did affect our overall satisfaction with our stay here

  • "Am amazing stay at the bungalow, it felt so homely."

It was short of nothing everything we needed had already been thought of, even a bottle of milk and wine and a beautiful bara brith. So beautifully decorated and comfortable. The five of us were sorry to leave and are eager to visit again.

  • "We had a lovely week, as we did last year."

We have already booked for next year so that says it all really! The bungalow is similar to other properties in Tywod Arian but the outside area sets it apart, with barbecue and lovely big table. Ideal for a leisurely Breakfast Milk, and a good book before the beach. So handy for Morfa Nefyn shop and Ty Coch. Milk, bara brith and wine when we arrived we gratefully received. Heaven!

Thanks very much for the feedback Carol, we look forward to welcoming you back next year! Property Owner

  • "The cottage is in a great spot and close to all beaches and eating places."

However, at this time of year, not all were open for eating at lunch times. The cottage was very comfortable and spacious with all the things you needed to make our stay pleasant. We appreciated the wine, milk and bara brith left as a welcome gift. The directions to actually access the cottage were not clear and we had to ring Jo to find out where the cottage was exactly. Not withstanding that last point, I would recommend this cottage. Peter and Gwen September 2021.

The bungalow was really clean and made a lovely base for exploring the area. The owners were in touch when we needed and were on hand to make sure we had a relaxing stay. We came as a young family and something I’d not thought of before but all being on one level made life a lot easier, with lovely gardens all around to enjoy too. Thank you

  • "Not one of the best places we have stayed in."

The Bungalow needs a little TLC. When we arrived there were pots still in the dishwasher and washing in the machine . The outdoor area wasn’t very inviting. For us to be able to use it we would of had to wipe all the furniture down and sweep the decking area. This is something that should of been done. The Bungalow smells musty, all the wardrobes smell musty. Would not recommend this property.

  • "This is a lovely bungalow."

The decor is lovely, both tasteful and modern ,I must say it is actually the best kitted out place that I have ever stayed in. I had to contact the host about a minor issue and she was lovely (despite being on holiday herself). The building is in a lovely position not even a minute from the beach with good food available at the Cliffs and the Ship in Edern. If this was my place I wouldn't want to share it with anyone.

  • "The Bungalow suited our needs completely."

It was very conveniently situated, walking distance to the beach, golf club, shops, pub/restaurant etc. Jo and her husband, (the owners of the property) we’re away on their holidays at the time of our stay, but we’re still easily contactable and exceedingly welcoming and helpful!

  • "The bungalow was very well equipped, the kitchen especially, it has a very nice modern bathroom with both a multi action shower and a bath, ideal for my grandchildren."

Beds were comfy and the bungalow had two tv,s and the children loved the wii. I couldn’t get the dryer part of the washer/ dryer to work, I tried two drying settings, and I couldn’t find any instructions for this appliance although I have owned a washer/ dryer myself. When booking this bungalow the flats were not shown or mentioned it looked like there were three bungalows in a row. Later when I downloaded the Sykes app after paying in full, more photos were available, showing flats adjacent to the bungalows but it still was not made clear the position of this bungalow in relation to the surrounding flats, nor was this clearly evident in the photos. Nor could I access detailed reviews which usually are very helpful in highlighting points to be aware of and helpful tips on the area. While the bungalow is behind three storey flats and access is gained by going through the flats it actually didn’t cause any problems with noise, although we kept interrupting a game of football on arrival when we were unloading our car and later when we were bringing our online grocery delivery to the bungalow. So while we did enjoy our holiday very much had we known prior to booking the exact location we wouldn’t have chosen this bungalow.

  • "Disappointed that the picture of the front of the bungalow on your website did not show that it was overlooked by several two storey flats, therefore offering no privacy."

The bungalow itself was very spacious but the standard of cleanliness was very poor with stained furniture and carpets in the lounge. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances but the drawers needed clearing out of "junk" The bed in the master bedroom beds a new mattress, and the blankets and throws provided were stained and torn, with the wardrobe having someone else's coats in! I will not be recommending this to anyone else, very disappointing overall. O
