  • “Cleaners turned up at 530pm an hour after we arrived.”

The property had not been cleaned given COVID19 standards of cleanliness extremely poor. Previous renters dirty laundry was in hall in bag.

The property had not been cleaned given COVID19 standards of cleanliness extremely poor. Previous renters dirty laundry was in hall in bag. Light switch in living room taped off so main light could not be switched on. Both incidents let a good property down.
