    Ms Jones

“A nice bungalow for the most part but lacking a washing machine & clothes line / tumble dryer!”

    ...

Advises there is a games room but there isnt. Also sais there is an open fire but fireplace is completely blocked and there is an electric fire there. The furniture is very hard & uncomfortable and not really adequate for 5-6 people. The leather sofa is the best but that’s still hard & uncomfortable. Shower floor is very slippery needs a shower mat! Hot water tap in kitchen is VERY HOT! With above sorted out & some things tidied up and/or fixed it would be a really lovely & cosy bungalow to stay in.

The cottage

This detached three-bedroom bungalow is situated on a quiet private cul-de-sac at Nefyn, only a ten-minute stroll to the beach, with an enclosed garden to the rear benefiting from views of Nefyn's iconic Maritime Museum.

Bring along the family or invite friends to Eryl, a refurbished retreat still retaining its glimpse of charm, perfect for guests wanting somewhere special to truly escape from it all.

On the ground floor you will be welcomed by a homely kitchen/diner embracing a characterful overtone, which continues over to the summery conservatory, lifted by natural lighting, comfy seating, and a garden outlook.

The interior is followed by a wonderful shower room hosting a walk-in shower, as well as three beautiful bedrooms each wrapped in stylish decor, your own little haven to return to after a day of adventure and so much more.

Not before an hour or two in the unique sitting room, enjoying the warmth from the electric fire.

Alternatively, on a bright, sunny evening, the garden is the perfect chance to appreciate the homely location without having to wander too far away.

The town comprises of a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, within reach of the amenities of the popular towns of Pwllheli and Abersoch.

Eryl is also only a 5 minute drive away from the spectacular, and popular, Nefyn Golf Club.

The coastline around this region is dotted with castles and coves, while fishing, sailing and watersports are all available nearby.

The Snowdonia National Park is 25 miles away, with its dramatic scenery and abundance of superb walks, just waiting to be uncovered.

A peaceful bungalow to build some memories with your loved ones.
