  • "The cottage is very stylish, comfortable and clean and has almost everything you could need during your stay."

    The only thing I would add is some seating at the rear as it was a pleasant place to sit on an evening. We did have an issue with the rear bedroom window which had no handle so didn't open. As it was very warm weather this was a problem. From looking at the reviews this has been a problem since at least April. We bought some fans which solved the issue but the window needs repairing.

  • "The cottage was lovely , the views sublime, also the local people who reside either ends of the property were wonderful, friendly & helpful ."

    The accomodation was very well presented & clean. Issues : no cot as requested - but managed. 2nd bedroom window , handle missing no way of open window . Raising safety issues as well as, no ventilation . Leaving, for my stay an unusable room [ as I sleep with a window open 365 days a year]

  • "Lovely cottage, I chose it for the views and walks nearby."

    It was well maintained, the kitchen had all that I needed, the bed was comfy and the shower nice and a good size. The owner replied to questions quickly. Arrived to find some milk in the fridge and a pack of Welsh Cakes, which was nice. It would be even better if there were instructions about the recycling boxes and bin days, and a few more hooks around e.g. for hanging coats, and a rail for hanging wet towels. I would book this cottage again. Thanks.

  • "Amazing views, lovely cottage, everything you needed was there."

    Comfy bed great shower. Def be back. Just a little note-fridge was un plugged when we got there? So warm, had brought food with us so alittle anoyed.

  • "Had a wonderful stay here over xmas, the most incredible views and a lovely, warm cosy homely feel to the place."

    Very clean and well equipped. Great shower and comfy beds. It is up on the side of the Orme and we enjoyed the steep walk back up from town (there is a bus too!).

    Close to everything. Loved watching the sheep from the window. The trip to the bathroom from the bedrooms is precarious as the stairs are steep and at an awkward angle.

  • "We had a lovely holiday at this clean, beautifully-presented cottage."

    Located part-way up the Orme which gave us the most amazing views. My children loved waving to the trams as they passed by. A great base to visit places such as Conwy, Bodnant gardens, Betsw y Coed, numerous castles, Llandudno ski centre, Beaumaris and so much more. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

  • "Lovely property with a stunning view."

    It had everything we needed and was comfortable. Only thing I would say is that car parking was a bit difficult and on a very steep slope. Also think it’s too far and very steep to walk into town.

    Nice cosy home from home .Only thing to be aware of is steep drive up hill half way up orme not suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties .That said me and my granddaughter and pooches had lovely week weather ☀ lots to see in Llandudno also if you don't want to drive or walk up down no 26 bus near by or get

  • "Beautifully furnished cottage, with quality items."

    But the stairs are VERY steep & the main bedroom/landing are on a sloping floor, so having Vertigo, I was unable to access this room & we slept in the small back bedroom with single beds . Beds are firm so recommend taking mattress toppers ~& your own duvet. There is no toilet downstairs so you need to climb up the stairs to the beautiful bathroom. Be aware all the roads around the cottage are steep & very, very steep. Quite close to the top to "The Orme "so lots of walking opportunities, But there are Sheep everywhere, so our dog had to stay on the lead. Best beach is West Shore on the other side of Llandudno. Beautiful cottage but not recommended for infirm elderly people because of the stairs & the split stairs at the top for the bathroom. We had a lovely time there, lots to see & do in the surrounding areas

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls.
