Fantastic property close to the town centre.

Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Lovely clean property with everything you would need from tea and coffee to Welsh cakes. Thank you for a great holiday.

We had a lovely week here, with everything we required in an excellent Central location.

The bonus was the superb tower fan provided, which kept us very comfortable in the hot week we stayed. We will definitely book again.

Good apartment close to all amenities

A lovely apartment and near to all the facilities yet set away from the high street.

We liked the big bay window in the sitting-room which let in the light. The hot-water, central heating boiler set over the toilet was a bit awkward, but apart from that we had no complaints. We enjoyed our stay and my wife loved the flat.

An excellent apartment!

Very clean and tidy and in an excellent location. Our only minor gripes are that the toilet seat was very loose and the bed was far too soft for our liking. Everything else was very pleasant and we really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was easy to find from the railway station.

Easy to get in, with the key-code only we did go up an extra flight of stairs first time. Very clean inside, comfortable and well-appointed, with every equipment needed for a great holiday so no need for us to take towels or anything at all for the kitchen or bathroom; TV is great. Problems were we couldn't open any windows in the summery heat, and the combi-boiler was slightly in the way of the toilet until the male in our party got used to it: a day out of 5! the bed was very soft, while we are used to much firmer. Apartment is in a great location near to the pier and cable-car + tram to the Great Orme, and tour-bus pick-up points. Pubs etc are nearby if you like that kind of thing. also we took a 10 minute walk to the West beach, while it was nearer to the "main" beach by the pier/promenade.

It was our first stay at the Llewellyn apartment & would happily return.

Located in an ideal position there was everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The milk & Welsh cakes left for our arrival was a nice touch as well.

The bed was very comfortable.slept very well .living room was very comfortable sette was very comfortable to settle down to watch tv .shower was excellent.

Central location, ideal for exploring Llandudno and surrounding areas.

Property was spotless, and as listed on the website. Living room with dining table is a beautiful space to spend time in as it was comfortable and light. Kitchen had everything you needed, including complimentary Welsh cakes! Free on street parking, and we always found somewhere to park outside the property. Our only suggestions to make our stay perfect, would be: fixing the shower door, as it leaked each time we had a shower. Improved fan for the bathroom. Finally, a new mattress as it was so soft, you both ended up rolling into the middle! Having said this, these factors did not spoil our stay. We had a fabulous time, and wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you so much.

This was a really clean, well appointed flat.

The bed was quite soft but still comfy. Previous comments mentioned lack of terrestrial tv, but I worked out how to do and left a note in the info folder!

Excellent location, close to all amenities. Really cosy comfortable place to stay with everything you need.

Information pack could be improved by adding instructions for where and what to do with leaving used linen at end of stay.

Wasn't clear which recycling box things should go in as trade boxes also present. Perhaps a few leaflets of what to do, rather than focus on places to eat. Perhaps local bus timetables to utilise public transport . The noise from the pub/hotel next door and the pub at top of the road is an issue as all footsteps from llewelyn house above should be noted.

We were extremely pleased with our accommodation and on arrival it was nice to find the welcome treats.

The mattress on the bed was a little soft for my husband and a set of drawers in the bedroom would have been useful but other than that no complaints. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Parking was difficult at times but that's to be expected in seaside towns. We would stay at this apartment again if in the area as it was handy for restaurants, shops, and great Orme.

Meet by the owner and both of them were lovely and very helpful.

The property was 10 out of 10 and in a very good location to the beach shops bars etc.

Lovely place enjoyed our stay

Clean, comfortable and everything you could need.

The bed was too soft for us. Location was great. Only had free view channels on TV, could not get terrestrial channels. Managed to park nearby.

Excellent apartment.

Perfect for 2 people, close to all amenities but in quiet road with parking (usually), only 400 yards from beach and pier.

Perfect apartment, ideal location.

When I arrived the property was really cold so I turned the thermostat up but nothing happened.

After a couple of hours after a phone call the owner appeared and it transpired the heating boiler had been turned to low and she hadn't thought about someone coming to stay so it was cold. Overall the flat is very sparse and seems unloved. The kitchen is very minimally equipped, for example there was no kitchen knife and to cut vegetables I had to use a 8" knife! The chairs by the only table to eat off are very hard. The plastic plants are dusty and the welcome kit was some Tbags, a pack of Welsh cakes and a pint of milk. It just all seemed like no one could be bothered or cared and in the tourist business you can always tell. I won't be returning

We had a wonderful stay!

The flat was immaculate and beautiful finished. It would have been useful to have a note where the extra towel, toilet rolls etc were but this was not a massive issue. Overall, we would highly recommend and look forward to booking another stay in 2025

Perfect spot in Llandudno for solo travelers or couples!

Within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. No issues with the property, which was super clean and cozy. Only thing I fumbled around with was the door to property which does not have handle. Just made coming and going awkward at times and I almost locked myself out accidentally.

Apartment was perfect for me, a solo hiker who wants easy access to nightlife.

Place was clean. Bed was comfortable. Things I'd improve: Additional clothes hangers in the bedroom.

Great location in a well maintained and comfortable apartment, really enjoyed our stay.

The addition of a chest of drawers is really required as there is nowhere to store clothes - a teapot would be good as well.

The only negative, which is out of control for the owners, is poor parking in the area. Please mention to the owners that as we were preparing to leave the property someone unannounced entered the apartment to do a gas safety check which we found disturbing. I would not want this comment published but mentioned to the owners.

Excellent property - great location - everything you need for a stay in Llandudno.

Overall it was a beautiful well maintained apartment.

The only downside for me was lack of storage for clothes. A chest of drawers would have been more useful than the dressing table.

Really enjoyed our stay, had lovely personal touches, really clean and well decorated apartment one downside is the noise from pubs etc close by We found the television difficult to use, it worked but had no regular channels( couldn’t access BBC ITV etc)

A very clean, comfortable apartment.

Very close to the promenade and the shops and restaurants are right on your doorstep. This didn't disturb us at all when in the apartment and we slept well. The only down side was trying to park. We had to park a few streets away, and that was a struggle. It didn't ruin our stay though and we would stay again.
