  • "This is a nice and well equipped house that was ideal for our short trip to North Wales."

The games certainly kept our family entertained in the evenings after a day exploring the area. Would recommend for anyone staying in the area.

  • "Property has been beautifully updated with excellent pool table and darts board and could be a wonderful holiday accommodation with some changes."

The whole property needs an all round deep clean. On entering. the kitchen it looked lovely with lovely refrigerator oven hob and microwave, however there were thick long-standing cobwebs throughout the house many of which I had to remove, toaster and oven had to be cleaned, there were chipped plates and cups these need to be replaced. Whilst the washing machine is a great addition a washing line or clothes airer to dry washing is needed. Bathrooms had been given a cursory wipe but not cleaned! Seat cushions had not been removed from furniture so crumbs everywhere. No carpet attachment for Henry vacuum. One of the double bedroom windows is a poor fit so there is extensive noise from the busy main road. Only 2 smart tvs as apposed to the 4 in the Sykes narrative and the queen size beds are UK ( smaller than doubles) not American queen size so the bedrooms are not king size as described in Sykes narrative. We found the beds soft and uncomfortable but that is a personal choice.

I’ve had a chat with our cleaner about your comments. The vacuum attachment and the maiden should be in the wardrobe. The 3 TVs in the bedrooms are all smart and the TV in the lounge has a fire stick. The crockery was all new at the beginning of the year, sadly we find that people don’t look after it. If truth be known, if we weren’t forced to rent the place we wouldn’t, but £430 per month council tax is unsustainable! I spent £100k renovating the place, sorry it wasn’t up to standard for you, thanks anyway. Property Owner

It is very well equipped and is a real home from home. Would definitely be visiting again soon

Great, pleased you enjoyed yourselves! What was the issue with the cleaning and we’ll make sure this is addressed going forward? Thanks Chris and Jan Property Owner
