    It was comfortable with good living spaces such as the sun room which had great views of the surrounding countryside and coast - you can see right across to Holyhead harbour. We used the location to access and walk the Anglesey coastal path and it was easy to access the sections before, including and after the island of Holyhead.

    Extreme comfort amidst the most relaxing countryside with superb views across the bay. Spacious and elegantly furnished with no expense spared. The hot tub is a must with views across to the Holyhead Mountain after a relaxed stroll through the fields to the unspoilt beach. The ideal holiday getaway!

    The place was beautiful, the views were stunning and it just felt like home. We watched the ships in and out of Holyhead port for hours on end. The locality was great as well. So many beautiful beaches dotted around the island, and an unlimited amount of days out within an hour or so too. It was just wonderful!

  • "Perfect in every way, we loved our stay at Trem Y Mor."

    The cottage is furnished beautifully to an extremely high standard, well equipped with everything you need and was spotlessly clean. The views are stunning and our favourite was watching the magical sunsets every evening. A peaceful area with lots of wildlife but within easy access to lots of places for trips out. Lots of lovely beaches within 15 minutes. We’ll be back!

    Hot tub was blissful. Cake on arrival was much appreciated. Loved the quirky touches - bit ‘n’ brace and saw handle on the beams! Binoculars to watch the ferries were a nice addition. 100% recommend. We look forward to staying again.

  • "This place is amazing."

    So peaceful and relaxing. The sun room is perfect in any weather and we all enjoyed sitting in there on an evening. The decor and furnishings are to a very high standard and there is plenty of space. The views from the garden are fab too. Parking is easy. It’s well placed to explore Anglesey. We added on the sauna and hot tub and are so glad we did. It was a great end to each day. Nicola was a great host and we’d love to come back sometime. Highly recommend!

    The outstanding feature has to be the panoramic views from the conservatory/sun room over rolling countryside and in the distance to Holyhead and Holyhead mountain. A fabulous backdrop from which to sit and relax.

  • "Really nice place to stay."

    Views are fantastic! Inside was done to a very high standard, very clean, tidy and felt very homely with the finishing touches. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again in the future. The only thing to note is that if you wish to use the sauna, you need to allocate around 75-90 minutes as you need to turn the sauna on as it is self managed. It takes around 50 minutes to get up to temperature.

  • "The property is a barn reconstruction that has been completed to a very high standard which we adored."

    We have stayed in many houses over the years and this impressed to another level. Ultra clean and tidy with flagstone floors and marble worktops. Squishy sofas, big panorama countryside views. Great shower, hot tub, large vaulted-ceiling bedrooms what is there not to like. Still some construction work being done on adjoining properties, but the builders were careful, friendly and very courteous. Just GREAT and want to return very soon.

  • "We had a wonderful week staying at 3 Trem Y Mor."

    The views from the back of the house were spectacular, particularly at sunset from the hot tub. The house was immaculate with all modern appliances and well equipped with everything we needed. Our little boy loved the table football so that was a great addition. Nice walks down to the local beaches, we particularly liked Sandy Beach. We also enjoyed relaxing in the sauna, a nice touch to an already lovely property. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The village of Llanfachraeth, lies on Anglesey’s west coast and is named after a sixth century saint, St Machraeth. The village is set on the banks of the river Alaw, which flows from the Llyn Alaw reservoir, where it is possible to fish for coarse and game fish and salmon. Amidst spectacular cliffs and sandy beaches, this small village provides a local shop and pub, while the surrounding countryside boasts excellent fishing, birdwatching and coastal walks, with climbing on offer on the mainland in Snowdonia. Indulge in fabulous watersports, including kitesurfing, diving and sailing at the stunning Rhosneigr beach, or enjoy 18 holes at a choice of three local golf courses.
