Flat 3

I would have liked to have Brentwood of the stairs inside the property.

And the outside could have been made more speaking.the top of the stairs carpet is very dangerous as it kept coming loose and only one small spoon

My family and I had an amazing time here.

The flat was amazing, and there was very clean, plenty of room lots to do a lot of places to see all only short bus rides away, a beautileful beach, only 10 min walk away also got to see water fall only a bus ride to see it also we was lucky enough to have the classic car show on and we rode bus to Rhyl and towyn for the fair and fab market

Beautiful flat central but well isolated so not disturbed by street noise level very clean and in excellent condition we spent a very relax time!

We found the flat very pleasant and accommodating.

However, there was a little issue with the advertisement of the property. It didn't state they were further stairs inside the flat, which was a little disappointing to then find once we reached the flat. Especially as we have 2 disabled children, one does have mobility issues. But we didn't let that ruin our stay we worked with it the best we could. I would suggest that should be added to the advertising of the property just for the future for other possible families who may want to book with yourselves that may have mobility issues. Overall, we did enjoy our stay at the property. I would definitely recommend yourselves for others, which I have done with many friends and family since staying and shared your advertisement.

Very central spacious flat.

Little bit off putting accessing as have to go through a back ally that’s not very clean. Parking difficult. Flat very comfortable

This wont be recommended to any of my family members or colleagues .

The compound has a small pipe hole or waste water hole and that is infested with rats and any time I was out with my family the rats will make a dash back into the hole and come out when its quite which really terrified the kids. Staircase leading to the flat is also unkempt with algae and a bit of filth on the edges of the stairs and the compound to the flat were really untidy. The inside of the house was okay as advertised however dont think adequate cleaning was done prior to me gaining access. One good thing was the location. It is central to all the shops which was handy.

Stayed here for 1,5 months as we waiting our new home to be ready.

The flat has every thing you need for day to day life. Very modern, clean and the location is in the center. Shops and restaurant are walking distance. A little bit exercise about 15 mins walk to the beach. Walk good for your health innit. Smart TV in every room is a big plus for us. Kitchen is good. I wish it has additional Washing Machine Dryer :) rather than Dish washer. Just small thing for feedback. For flat 3,you need to be in certain areas to get the Wifi. So if you can add Wifi booster that would be a good addition so it can cover the living room areas as well. Other than that its very recommended to stay here for short or long term. Thank you. A large flat approached by an alley way and stairs.

When we arrived the front door was wide open which was strange.... The flat is an ideal base for exploring the North Wales coast . Comfortable bed. Kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Towels provided for bathroom but none for kitchen. Bring your own cleaning products and a toilet roll. Railway station is a few minutes walk away. Carpark is near by and is pay and display from 8 to 5 . We used the pay by phone app . Carpark has no free parking period during the hours above . Definitely patrolled too, we encountered a parking monitor a couple of times. Pay for your parking is our advice.

Excellent location, flat was lovely and we all enjoyed our stay.

Great flat in a great location!

Clean, well-stocked and spacious. When there was an issue (a bit of loose carpeting on a stairway) the owner dealt with it promptly. All in all, a very nice place to stay.

The property is located in an ideal location, next to a variety of shops and a retail park.

The beach is a 10-15 minutes walk away. The flat has only one bathroom, and with six people staying it's not ideal. I would say the flat is probably suitable for four not six. During our stay the electric repeatedly tripped, which became a nuisance. The flat could do with some simple additions that would make a huge difference such as a broom for the kitchen area, a chopping board, oven gloves and leaflets with local walks or attractions.

We had a great time staying at Flat 3.

The apartment was clean, tidy and spacious. It was in the centre of Prestatyn town, shops, beach and cinema were all in walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay.

The flat was comfortable and clean.

The house was spotless and lots of shops nearby.

Seaside was five minutes. We had a great time with my four children.

Flat was exceptionally clean ,lovely decor and great facilities A good base to explore North Wales ,nice local beach and play area for kids We really enjoyed our stay and kids were so happy that they had a TV in their room !

Retail park very close and places on high street to eat so very convenient location Local car park very close by if you drive or train station a few minutes walk Thoroughly enjoyed by all and hope to be back again

Although the flat was on the 3rd floor, once inside, it was cosy, comfortable and relaxing.

As a group of 5 there was plenty of room and space for all of us. The facilities were practical and clean. excellent standard.

Great flat for a family or couple.

Very clean, well presented with everything you need. Good location for local bars and shops but also only a 5 minute walk to a very nice beach with restaurant. We had a great stay and would recommend to anyone. Thank you
