The property

Resting in the quiet town of Rhos-on-Sea placed perfectly between Colwyn Bay and Llandudno on the North Wales coast, is this charming purpose built modern flat offering a peaceful and heart-warming base to enjoy.

Return each day to a bright and airy interior echoing coastal colours and themes throughout, with two bedrooms suited to a family of four.

Find your own private entrance to the side of this house to discover this harmonious dwelling.

Relax within the open-plan living space when you’ve been out all day on the beach and wind down with some entertainment from the TV while you lounge on the plush seating.

Open up the patio doors to let in a warm breeze on a summer afternoon, with plenty of attractive outdoor seating to sit and indulge in a refreshing glass of wine while the skies change colour.

Cook up some homemade favourites within the kitchen area that is home to a little dining space with a fold out table, where an electric oven and a gas hob can assist you in your culinary endeavours along with a washing machine here too, so convenient for a week-long stay.

When you're in search of sleep, tuck the little ones up in the charming twin bedroom, complete with a standard single bed and a 5' 8'' single, decorated in pleasant neutral hues.

An impressive wooden bed frame holds the double bed in the second bedroom, with a stylish arrangement of cushions and bed linen to complete the cohesive decor, ensuring you have a calming space to sleep.

A spacious bathroom serves as a wonderful place to freshen up, try having a relaxing evening soak or a rejuvenating wash with the shower over.

Just 5 miles away, Conwy, a walled market town, sits right on the river Conwy and surrounds the historic Conwy Castle or take a tour around the smallest house in Great Britain and can be found on the quay.

Rhos-on-Sea which runs into Colwyn Bay is just around the corner and is a lovely spot all year round, with sunny beach days on the cards in summer and brisk walks in the cold, but refreshing, sea air in winter.

The waters are a haven for watersports and swimming so it's great for those who enjoy activities, and if you want to try anything new then turn to Colwyn Bay Watersports for some fabulous tuition!

Visit the Welsh Mountain Zoo to see some exotic animals, or head down to RSPB Conwy nature reserve which is home to many species of birds within 114-acres of grasslands and salt marshes, perfect for lovers of nature and wildlife.

Visit the classic seaside town of Llandudno by walking over the Little Orme, passing Angel Bay which is a great place to spot seals, and come to find a beautiful promenade, lined with a host of cafés and restaurants and some excellent shopping further inland.

Grab some fish and chips and sit looking out to the sea before walking down the elegant Victorian pier that has an entertaining amusement arcade for all ages to delight in.

Walk or cycle over the Great Orme, the larger of the two hills, and experience some wonderful views over to the Menai Strait and the Isle of Anglesey.
