The property

The Yatt is a charming semi-detached cottage sitting in the bustling seaside resort of Rhos-on-Sea in the north of Wales.

Boasting magnificent views of the coast, this delightful dwelling provides the ideal base for families looking to explore the outstanding surroundings of North Wales.‘ The property boasts a huge hallway on the ground floor which is as big as another reception room and this gives an incredible feeling of space’.

As you step inside the cottage, be greeted by a spacious country kitchen with a sociable dining area where you can laugh with the family as you prepare a hearty home-cooked meal with help from the handy appliances and serve up at the table.

Grab a chilled bottle of fizz from the fridge and toast to time well-spent on a fun family holiday as you tuck-in to the lovingly prepared meal and discuss the exciting activities planned for your stay.

Make yourself comfortable in the welcoming sitting room as you settle into the sofas and warm by the fires, losing yourself in an action-packed movie on the TV.

When ready to explore the local area, grab your coats and shoes from the hallway and head outside to kick-start your day with a stroll along the soft white sands of the nearby beach.

Spend the day hiking Angel Bay before taking the children to Bodafon Farm to visit the friendly animals and enchanting Birds of Prey.

Meet the exotic residents of Welsh Mountain Zoo or hop in the car and head to the neighbouring town of Llandudno, where you can saunter the vibrant pier and play games in the bustling amusements before grabbing a bite to eat at the local fish and chip shop.
