"The accomodation was nice and modern and clean on arrival."

From Monday to Thursday we lived with the fact that the rooms were really warm , with no air con, and really noisy as we were next to main door which is not soft closing , then through another door which bangs and then another door. We booked for a weekend and only got room service on the first morning, had to ask for clean cups and towels on the fifth day , no room service for rest of week. We had to take our rubbish to reception, which is very odd. But that wasn't the worst of it on Friday and Saturday didn't get any sleep as there was a function on , and very noisy guests and then a scene outside our hotel room which woke us up at three in the morning Involved police , so we ended up coming home a day earlier. We thought it would be a nice peaceful retreat , we wanted walks and fresh air and somewhere to chill and this place didn't live up to our expectations.

"The room was lovely and beds comfortable."

The bathroom needs a bin. Also it was incredibly hot in the room, the temp inside was 30c at night making it impossible to sleep well.
