  • "The holiday property was everything you and the owner said it would be."

We had a great time. My only problem is the ludicrous 20 mph speed limit which in all honesty would stop me from returning to Wales.

Everything we could need was available. Comfy beds, spacious rooms and fully equipt kitchen. Friendly owner, who was happy to answer any questions throughout our stay. Overall a happy experience by all, thank you!

  • "Ty Canol is an a fabulous position overlooking Rhyl’s long promenade – we were lucky enough to catch a red sunset dipping into the sea one evening."

The entrance approaches are functional rather than pretty, but once inside, the accommodation is very spacious and comfortable. Had the weather been warm enough, we would have availed ourselves to the outside balcony planted with daffodils and overlooking Welsh hills. The lift was a real bonus for our elderly friend. The owner was really helpful and dealt with an early snag promptly, and also facilitated our request to reschedule our visit because of adverse weather – which Sykes approved – at no cost to ourselves: a very big thanks to both. Next time we need to go to Rhyl, we will be checking the availability of this apartment first.
