The property

Holiday Accommodation 22358 offers a warm and welcoming retreat, ideally located just outside Porthmadog.

This comfortable three-bedroom caravan provides everything you need for a relaxing stay in North Wales.

The cosy, carpeted open-plan living area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, complete with a fireplace and Smart TV for easy evenings in.

The adjoining dining area provides a lovely space to enjoy family meals, while the fully equipped kitchen comes with a fridge/freezer, double gas ovens, microwave, toaster and kettle, plus all the essential cookware and utensils. The caravan features three bedrooms, comprising a master double with a dressing table and en-suite toilet, along with two well-presented twin rooms.

A modern shower room and additional toilet complete the interior.

Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for all rooms, ensuring a restful night’s sleep for every guest. Outside, you’ll find yourself within the scenic Aberdunant Hall Holiday Park, a charming 17th-century estate set within 200 acres of beautiful woodland on the edge of Snowdonia National Park.

Guests can make use of the on-site restaurant, bar and hotel, or enjoy an evening on the entertainment terrace with panoramic mountain views.

There’s also a children’s play area, outdoor pizzeria serving freshly baked pizza, and live music on select Saturday evenings.

The park also benefits from free parking, a launderette, and well-maintained walking routes ideal for leisurely strolls or morning runs. Venture beyond the park and you’ll find plenty to explore nearby.

Spend a day at Black Rock Sands Beach in Morfa Bychan, take a scenic journey on the Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railways, or visit Traeth Borth-y-Gest Beach and Black Rock Llamas.

The bustling harbour town of Porthmadog lies on the Glaslyn Estuary and enjoys a stunning setting. The gateway to the Snowdonia National Park, Porthmadog is full of individual shops and restaurants, and home to the Ffestiniog Railway and the Welsh Highland railway where you can travel by steam through spectacular Snowdonia scenery, to Blaenau Ffestiniog or Caernarfon. The pretty village of Borth Y Gest, with its cliffs and coves, is a short walk or drive from the town. The well known and unique Italianate village of Portmeirion is just down the coast. Situated on a rugged clifftop on its own private peninsula, Portmeirion, famous as the location of the TV show The Prisoner and the final episode of Cold Feet, is surrounded by miles of sandy beaches and woodlands. The area also boasts castles at Criccieth and Harlech, and superb unspoilt beaches such as Black Rock Sands, where the sands stretch as far as the eye can see. Also within reach is the famous Zip World Slate Caverns and Bounce Below where you can get involved with a variety of activities including the thrilling zip wires and underground caverns to explore; there is something here to suit the whole family.
