"The house was beautiful, clean, very spacious, with plenty of room throughout the whole property for all the family to enjoy together."

The garden and patio area was fantastic throughout the day and early evening to sit and relax. Couldn’t fault it, was a great break away and would highly recommend anyone to stay there. We were a party of 8 adults, a 1 year old and a dog and we never struggled for space or being together.

"The property was lovely and the location was ideal."

Just a few problems, the shower over the bath wasn't working so when there are 5 of you staying and all want a,shower it causes a few problems. The ensuite shower unit could do with an upgrade but everything else was great. Well enclosed for my dog but the garden does have lily's in it which are dangerous to animals. Just a thought to consider for the owner, ideally they should be removed when it is advertised as dog friendly. The garden furniture was not set out it was covered up do when we took it out to use it was quite dirty and had to be cleaned together with the floor underneath before we could use it. The washer/dryer needed better instruction if you simply wanted to use the dryer it seemed impossible to do so, the same applied to the dishwasher. We,did really enjoy our stay and honestly don't want to sound negative just these few issues would have changed my answers from good to excellent

"The bungalow was well placed for our needs."

The instructions to enter were very detailed. I thought it was very odd that wardrobes in the main bedroom were chained up, this was a first for us. The gardens front and back needed attention, just mowing them would have made them a lot tidier. The decking at the back was fairly horrible, birds’ muck everywhere, garden furniture piled up, we definitely felt we could not sit outside. The bedroom that was next to the conservatory had a very off putting smell, which I think came from the quilt. There was a damp smell throughout which appeared to be mitigated with the addition of plastic humidifiers. Although there were toiletries they all appeared to be leftovers from other guests. There were only 2 toilet rolls, one in each bathroom. There were a lot of soft toys in the bedroom with the bunk bed, I didn’t think this was very hygienic. It is always a nice gesture to leave decent amounts of tea, coffee and milk, this wasn’t the case here.

"Everything was ok and very spacious."

My only gripe was the decking. It was covered in Seagull poo. I asked for the owners to come and jet wash but they said they hadn't got one. They then had a brush delivered for us to clean this ourselves. If the poo had only just happened I would have gladly cleaned it but unfortunately the poo was days old. This meant this was never cleaned before we arrived on the Friday afternoon. The lawns were well over grown too.

"A prior warning about the intruder alarm would have been useful it was difficult finding the right button to press whilst it was going off."

The garden was totally out of bounds for us and the dog because of the aggressive seagulls protecting 2 chicks and the amount of poop was very off putting. We found it very difficult to suss out the television and were only able to watch on the conservatory set The property itself was gorgeous and had everything you could need thank you

    "Lovely house, great location."

Just a couple of issues which didn’t ruin our stay. We arrived to an overflowing general waste bin - there are no instructions in the ‘guest book’ for emptying any of the bins so I’m not surprised, this would be really helpful. Also, one of the double bedrooms is connected to the conservatory so has no access to outside air - the window opens into the conservatory, not the outside, so was very hot and stuffy. Other than that lovely property, lovely enclosed garden for the dog and walking distance to everything you need.

"We had an amazing stay at Greenacres."

Property was presented well and had many options too. Kids enjoyed indoor and outdoor space. If you willing to cook in your holiday, kitchen was apt. Property is close to Conwy, Llandudno and other attractions. Supermarket’s are max of 5min drive and we did make some good memories. Thanks a ton

"The bungalow is gorgeous with lovely accessible gardens, felt like a real home."

As close to the beach as you can get in this resort! Owner dealt with impact of a power cut surge promptly and was easy to speak to. Discussed dog proofing her home due to large internal plant and stuffed toys at floor level resulting in a “casualty” within minutes of arrival , was understanding and kind when I informed her of the fact and that I had replaced it. Would love to return again and would recommend to friends and family
