  • "Good evening, first of all, I would like to say that the only good thing about this caravan was the location, the caravan was generally in very poor condition, I am a maintenance manger for a large hotel chain, the general maintenance of the caravan was incredibly poor, the doors and windows had massive gaps and didn't open properly , the second door didn't open at all and with the windy nights the door was giving a howling noise, the door from the kitchen to the bedrooms had a seal at some point and it was broken leaving sharp edges which my daughter caught her arm on leaving a nasty graze, the carpet from the living room to the kitchen laminate floor was not under the threshold bar providing a trip hazard that i personally fell over twice, one of the kids twin bedrooms which is blue one inside the door edging strip was completely loose every time you opened the door the edging strip caught your legs again cut my sons leg twice, the curtains in every room did not fit and at 4am the day light Shon through giving no time to sleep, in the bathroom above the sink the panelling was hanging off and generally the bathroom was of poor maintenance, the toilet seat was loose and was stained as well, there were holes in the walls in the living area, also a plaster holding back a trim near to the microwave, in the living room it was horrendous!"

the carpet and the rug were stinking of animal urine, the carpet is dirty, not cut or fitted correctly, the coffee table had the edging trim missing causing yet again another sharp edge, the left hand side window didn't open at all but had a massive gap all around it, the internet that is provided could not support a dying fly let alone a device wanting to connect to the internet, the balcony / decking had a sharp broken top to the post and the gate did not shut, the chairs and table provided were broken and the table has been left upside down due to the top being broken,
