“What a beautiful place, so much space.”

    The views were exceptional. ...

The views were exceptional. It was so peaceful and quiet. The little things like flowers left, lamps on in each room when we arrived gave it such a homely feel. We made use of the garden andBBQ. Only advisory I would add is even though the instructions say the lane is bumpy it doesn’t warn you about steep gradient down to house and if your car is low down to the ground it is a bit of a struggle to get in and out of the property. Did not spoil our holiday though. The whole holiday was wonderful and would recommend it to people.

In the utility room you will find the washing machine, tumble dryer and a second sink. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms: one bedroom with a king sized bed, and the other is a twin room with French windows that open out onto a small terrace.

There’s a ground floor shower room with loo and wash hand basin, under-floor heating and heated towel rail.

It also has an ensuite with loo, bath and wash hand basin. There is also a twin room on this floor. Also on the first floor is a small bathroom with bath, loo and wash hand basin.

Outside is a very pretty space with borders of flowers bursting with colour during certain months of the year.

There are sun loungers and directors chairs and a BBQ.

This is a real suntrap!

On the terraced area is a wooden table and chairs. Cefn Isaf is a holiday house in a truly wonderful location on the Llyn Peninsula.

The sandy beach of Black Rock is a mile away, accessed via a quiet country lane.

Jump in the car and then onto a steam train at the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways.

To see some more interesting architecture head to Portmeirion which was designed by the owner's great-uncle, Sir Clough Williams-Ellis. There is so much to do in this part of North Wales.

Attractions, walks, cycle routes and activities.

But you might struggle to tear yourself away from the relaxing haven that is Cefn Isaf.
