"Delightful holiday home."
Comfortable, warm and spotlessly clean. Modern kitchen with everything you could possibly need. On arrival there was tea, coffee, milk, jam….(the list goes on) and dog bowls, towels and a tennis ball. Making us, and our dogs feel most welcome. The views are beautiful! Open countryside that stretches for miles. Stunning. York, Helmsley, Castle Howard, all worth a visit. Thank you Nichola, for a lovely relaxing stay and we’d definitely like to return.

Property was super clean and well finished - honestly the best stocked property we've ever stayed in with everything you might ever need during your stay! A really lovely and helpful touch to have some fresh bread, butter, milk, biscuits and even a new jar of marmalade left for us on arrival. Setting is beautiful, backing onto fields with a lovely walk into the countryside literally outside the door and a great park barely a minute away if you are staying with kids. House is lovely and quiet, warm and quickly felt like home even just for a few days. Convenient for us visiting Pickering and York during our stay. We will without doubt be staying again in the future if we're in the area.
