  • "A fantastic well kept house with lots of equipment included, even things you wouldn't expect I."

E t-towels, laundry liquid, hand-wash, plenty of tea and coffee including decaff etc. There were even little extras included, some home made jam and marmalade, homemade flapjack, some chocolate, a stick of rock for the children and an Easter egg, hot cross buns and even milk in the fridge. On the day of leaving the owner arrived to clean the house, we apologised as we were a bit late leaving, she allowed us time to finish packing and said not to rush. I'd recommend this house, it's close to the beach, shops, pubs, restaurants, and a train line at the bottom of the garden (which you can't hear due to excellent windows and doors) , yet it's so quiet and peaceful, a fantastic home from home. The photos don't show the house as fantastic as it is. We'd certainly return if we ever want to holiday in Bridlington again.

  • "We really enjoyed our stay."

The house was immaculate, comfortable, and better than we could’ve expected. The host was lovely to leave us some homemade treats, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location was great, just a close walk to the beach and around the corner from shops. Would love to stay again!

  • "This was a very comfortable house, lovely welcome gifts too."

Garden is lovely with patio chairs and table. Although railway is at the back the trains only ran during the day, earliest 7.30am. Very convenient for shops and seafront. Thank you Margaret. Will definitely stay again

  • "This was our 2nd stay and just as enjoyable."

The house is warm, clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and town centre but so quiet especially on an evening. The home made cake and preserves were delicious, thank you Margaret. We will definitely be returning.
