  • "The holiday let was really very nice, the decor was lovely and nice colours."

    It was clean, comfortable home ftom home. The owner was very helpful and we will definately be returning again.

  • "A fantastic apartment in a great location."

    The accommodation has a high standard of furniture and fittings, with everything you could need for your holiday. The location is great, in easy walking distance from the promenade and town, with a small supermarket close by. We visited Flamborough head and Bempton cliffs aswell as enjoying the delights of Bridlington Cath is very friendly and helpful.

  • "This is our second visit to north bay view and like the 1st time it did not dissapoint."

    The gound floor accommodation is perfect for my sister who has mobility issues. It is a home away from home. It is very clean and comfortable and is well equipped with everything you may need. The house is well situated and is convenient for the beach and prom just a short stroll away and local eateries just across the road. Perfect base to explore the surrounding area. Parking outside on the road was easy as a permit was included with our stay. Cath the owner is very obliging. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and will be returning.

  • "The accommodation was lovely , very spacious and beautifully decorated."

    Definitely the wow factor walking in for the first time. Very clean and comfortable, everything was immaculate. Couldn't have wished for a better base and location.   • "Stayed here for a few days in October, fantastic place to stay."

    Everything we needed on the doorstep. Welcome gift was a nice touch thank you. Clean, comfortable and a warm stay. Able to park straight outside & the permit was a bonus. Also the late check out so we didn’t have to rush. Would definitely recommend this apartment! Thank you Cath for being so responsive to my texts & recommendations for eating out.

  • "We stayed at North Bay View for a few days in October."

    This is a really lovely ground floor apartment that suited us perfectly. It had everything we needed and is warm and comfortable and exceptionally clean, the photos don’t really do it justice. Everything we needed was provided and it is in a great location for exploring the local area. The owner is really friendly and helpful. I only wish we could have stayed longer but will definitely be rebooking for longer next year.

  • "We really enjoyed our stay at North Bay View."

    It's a very spacious apartment that offers a wonderful blend of Edwardian charm and modern living. The whole place was very well decorated, spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well equipped. A real home from home and the web site pictures don't really do it justice, and the owner Cath' couldn't do enough for us. We'd never been to Bridlington before, but we were very impressed. The beaches are amazing and all of the surrounding areas and Bridlington town are clean and tidy. Mr & Mrs Edwards ( September 2024 )

  • "The flat was spotless and done to a high standard."

    It's in a great location for accessing the promenade and you can see the sea from the front room. I personally found the sofa too deep and soft but there are plenty of cushions to help with that. The bed was comfy and the shower was very nice indeed. I would definitely recommend this apartment and i would book it again

  • "No off road parking as advertised, but could park directly outside on the road with provided permit."

    Toilet seat quite wobbly.

    I’m sorry you couldn’t find anything positive to share on here for future guests after the nice comments left in the visitors book possibly by Jean.   • "A very homely place to stay."

    Very comfortable furniture and bed. We would definitely stay here again when we come to stay in Bridlington. We didn't cook in the kitchen as loads of great restaurants in Bridlington we recommend in the visitor book at the property.

  • "The appartment was a good size and decorated to a high standard."

    It was clean and modern and had everything we needed. The location was a few mins from the sea, mini golf, a park and the leisure centre. There is a Tesco express close by, along with a few pubs and various take aways. We went last minute to the harbinger arms for Sunday carvery which is only a couple of minutes away and it was very nice. The owners are really nice and helpful if you have any questions or need assistance. Overall we had a great stay and I would definitely go back in the future.

  • "North Bay View is a wonderful apartment located within easy walking distance of the beaches, town centre and Sewerby."

    The sitting room is spacious with 2 large comfortable sofas and an armchair. It is bright with a bay window to let plenty of light in. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms have plenty of space and wardrobe storage. The shower is excellent quality, not something you can always say about holiday rentals. The kitchen has all the facilities you need to cook meals. It is clear a lot of care has gone into making this a property visitors will enjoy staying at. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

  • "We had a lovely stay at North Bay view."

    The appartment was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. It worked very well for my sister who has mobility problems. It was central for local shops , take aways and the sea was just down a short road and could be seen from the front window. Cath the owner was very friendly and helpful with any enquiries we had. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends and we hope to return soon. X

  • "We loved our stay at North Bay view."

    Grest location a 5 minute walk from North the beach. No issues with parking, we were able to park outside the flat and were supplied with a parking permit. The accommodation was lovely, clean and very comfortable.

BRIDLINGTON

Filey 10 miles; Scarborough 20 miles.

The seaside resort of Bridlington lies on the east coast of Yorkshire, south of Scarborough and Filey. Two award-winning beaches of golden sand stretch out on either side of the historic harbour, bustling with activity. Beautifully designed promenades provide everything from fun-fairs to quiet places where you can sit and watch the world go by. Shops, attractions, restaurants and the historic 'Old Town' of Bridlington offers a fascinating contrast to life on the beach, where you will find galleries, antique shops and cafes.
