• "Beautiful house close to beach and town There were 13 of us and 1 dog and plenty of room the children loved being in the snug and the adults used the games room."

• "We had an absolutely lovely stay and would definitely recommend this house!"

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The house was **huge, spotlessly clean, comfortable and incredibly well equipped**. There were 16 of us and we never once felt cramped – there was plenty of seating, comfy sofas and space for everyone to relax. The kitchen was really well catered for with **loads of crockery, utensils and cooking facilities**, which made such a difference when cooking for a large group. The beds and bedding were lovely and comfortable too, and everything felt really clean and well looked after. The **games room was a massive hit** with everyone and we absolutely loved having the **hot tub**. The location was brilliant too – only around a **5-minute walk to the beach**, which was perfect for us. It really did feel like a home from home and was ideal for a big family holiday. The **only thing we felt was missing was a BBQ** – that would have made an already fantastic house absolutely perfect, especially with all the outdoor space. We had such a lovely week, made some brilliant family memories and would happily stay again. ❤️

• "An excellent property."

  For a large family gathering Tennyson Grange was perfect. The hosts were extremely helpful organising parking passes. Sykes were also supportive with the booking and arrangements. The location was great for us, a short walk to the sea, town centre etc. The house was brilliant - 2 lounges helped, as we had a little boy with us and an elderly grandparent. Cleanliness was superb. Fantastic week. Thank You

• "Loads of space in the house for a large group."

• "We totally enjoyed our stay."

  everything we needed was there. We could keep in touch with you and any queries we had before our holiday were answered quickly. Location was fab, near to the beach and because we had two small children, it meant not a lot of walking. Also close to the fairground. A great location, great holiday.

• "Property and location were excellent."

  Only a short walk from the beach. Plenty of room for a large family get together. Having 2 sitting rooms was great for the kids and the adults to have their own space. All facilities clean and in good condition. A few small things that would have helped to make it even better were: Hand wash not provided in all bathrooms and not many toilet rolls Would have liked some instructions about the bins, which one was for general waste and which was for recycling and information about which day of the week they needed taking out. Took a long time to find the key for the games room as it was in a different place to what was said in the instructions received on email. Would have liked instructions about the hot tub, what the buttons did, what we needed to do to maintain the temperature. Would have liked instructions about how to use the oven.

• "The house was spectacular!"

  There were 8 adults and 4 children ranging from 4years old to 60 years old and everyone was impressed. Everything we needed was there and the way everything was set up made it even more special. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the decor lovely, we could tell a lot of investment, time and effort had been put into the property. Location wise we were a short drive from both Bempton Cliffs, and Flamborough Head. As well as walking distance to the beach and we were lucky enough to get nice enough weather to take a lovely coastal walk to Sewerby Hall, and enjoyed catching the land train back. We had the perfect weekend and house was perfect for what we needed. Thank you

• "We had the most amazing girls weekend away, lovely house and a great location, plenty of space."

  Quick walk into town with some good bars. The house had a lovely feel to it and felt like a real family home. Would be perfect for a family Christmas. 10/10 great

• "The house is stunning ."

  Everything for a large family or group . Quality furnishings, crockery, utensils, glasses and cooking wear was in abundance . Games room and hot tub really useful . Everywhere was clean and fresh with 2 toasters and 2 kettles, so no waiting for breakfast. Would definitely recommend

• "Wow what a beautiful property everything was amazing."

  We loved every minute of our stay. The property has everything you need full kitchen with all appliances and utensils. The beds were so comfortable and like sleeping on a cloud. Hot tub went done well as it was a girls reunion weekend (ages 50 - 75) absolutely amazing will definitely be returning. Thank you so much

• "Lovely property."

  Warm, very clean and comfortable. Great for a large group. There were 11 of us but could easily sleep 16. Nice large lounge to all sit together and dining room to sit all of us. Kitchen set up to cater for large groups. Beds comfortable, with fluffy towels. Great location in Bridlington and easy to walk to both beaches and lots of take aways and shops nearby. Would be useful to have a guest folder to explain things like the correct bins to use for recycling. Would recommend and would return.

• "The property was quite spacious for 4 families."

  Everything was very well arranged and clean. Kids loves the games room and hot tub. The instructions for everything were quite clear and simple. Whatever issue came up, was dealt with immediately. Would recommend big families to book this as it is located well too. Its close to shops and beach. Parking was made easy as well.

• "Wow what a beautiful house decorated and finished to a high standard throughout."

  Every room was stunning, very clean, lots of space. A lot of thought love and time has definitely gone into the property by the owners. It had everything we needed and more! Bedrooms were spacious with gorgeous comfy beds/bedding. Fresh soft towels (shaped into animals which we loved!) Dinning areas and living rooms again really lovely! Kitchen well equipped. Then a games room and hot tub just to spoil us a little more. The property is located near to the town centre an easy walk to the beach & shops. Would highly recommend if you’re in the area. We all had a great time … Thank you!

• "We had a wonderful break at Tennyson Grange."

  The location was great, perfect to get to the beach and to all the local tourist attractions. Tennyson Grange is such a beautiful house and is furnished to a high standard making our stay extremely comfortable. The house is very spacious and had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable and hosts had thought of everything! All the details were lovely. There was an added bonus of a hottub which was lovely in the evenings. There was great communication too, we would highly recommend.
