"This was our 2nd stay at The Annexe & we can’t wait to return."
The Annexe is spotlessly clean & is well equipped. Having the air frying brought in for us during our stay, was a game changer at meal times.
The owners, Paul & Jude, live next door & are on hand if needed. During our recent stay, Paul even gritting the path for us during the freezing weather…much appreciated as I am a wheelchair user & was staying there with elderly relatives. Thank you Jude & Paul for making our week there so enjoyable.

"This is by far one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed in & definitely a hidden gem amongst holiday lets."
The Annexe is a well equipped home from home that has lots of little ‘touches’ around the place to make is that little bit more special; the dogs loved their treats & so did we

"We have stayed in many different places, either through Sykes Cottages or other providers; however, the Annex has to be the most exceptional of them all."
It was perfectly placed to walk to most amenities, it was excellent in its design, it was scrupulously clean and the owners were welcoming and warm natured. We will definitely stay here again.

Very clean,But shower made so much noise when using it,Thought they should of been washing machine dryer,And never ever before have we been asked to hoover ,and stripe Beds,before leaving,when we were on holiday
Just to be clear, we have never ever asked or required any guests to strip or hoover anything in The Annexe. We are not sure where this information has come from, maybe you would be kind enough to inform us please. If you had contacted us we would have been able to assure you that it is definitely not or never has been required.
The Annexe is fully cleaned after each guest & we do not expect or rely on guests to do any of the cleaning.
There is a hoover provided as previous guests have asked for one to be supplied.
The shower is in a wet room & has a pump to drain the excess water away, maybe you have not used a system like this before.
We do not provide a washer/dryer & that is clearly noted in the description.
We appreciate all feedback & wish you well with your next holiday.

The annexe is a short walk away from the sea front. There is a lovely outside space you can relax in on a evening.a lovely welcome package and our enjoy feeding the birds.

"Had a lovely stay for a few days in the beautiful annexe."
Had everything we needed for a short stay. Lovely, clean and comfy beds. Happy to make up as a king bed for us rather than twin bed. All level access for anyone with mobility difficulties and walk in shower with handrail. Met the owners during our stay who were lovely and helpful. We will be visiting again when we head to the coast.

"The Annexe is exceptional."
Everything is brand new for the 2023 season and of real high quality. Literally everything you needed was there. We stayed as a family of 4 and loved everything about it - lovely little sun trap garden with seating, spacious and really comfortable living area and just a two minute walk (or 5 minutes with kids!) to the beach and promenade. One of the best accomodations that we've stayed with, with Sykes and the owners next door couldn't have been more helpful or lovely.
