    “Holly Bank is a fabulously comfortable and extremely well equipped house.”

    We stayed over Christmas and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Decor is beautiful with William Morris wallpaper and carefully chosen prints in each room. We loved the comfy beds, the fact that it was spotlessly clean throughout as well as the very festive and prettily decorated tree. The outside space is extensive and extremely well maintained and the village of Etton is picturesque with a wonderful pub. One of our best rentals ever - we’d love to come again.

A large house with traditional features just outside the town of Beverley in East Yorkshire.

The stunning large lawned garden and living arrangements make Holly Bank perfect for a family to enjoy a break in the stunning East Riding of Yorkshire.

The spacious sitting room features comfortable sofas and a welcoming woodburning stove perfect for cosy nights in front of the TV.

The large kitchen in Holly Bank is fitted with everything you need and more to enjoy delicious meals during your stay.

Upstairs, you can find peace and quiet on the landing in the reading corner, where you can enjoy a book whilst admiring the views towards the countryside.

Four generous bedrooms complete the accommodation, one a family room with a single bed attached, another has an en-suite.

The beautiful rear garden features a delightful patio area with stylish seating where you can enjoy a glass of wine whilst the children play on the lawn.

The pretty village of Etton has a lovely pub which is just a short walk from the house, and is surrounded by lovely countryside to explore.

The historic market town of Beverley is less than 5 miles away, boasting so much history and culture with a wide variety of shops and pubs as well as a race course.

Within easy reach is the bustling city of Hull, the 2017 City of Culture, the astonishing city of York and the must visit North York Moors.

A charming house in a fantastic area of the country, Holly Bank can be enjoyed throughout the year.

The historic market town of Beverley, with its Gothic Minster and bustling twice weekly market, is a great base for a holiday. Beverley is full of history and there are plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from - don't forget to enjoy a day out at Beverley Races! The Deep submarium in Hull (2017 City of Culture), the fascinating city of York, the North York Moors and the East Coast seaside towns of Hornsea, Bridlington and Scarborough are all within an hour’s drive.
