"We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Beech Tree Cabin."
It was exactly as described in the listing and very comfortable and clean. The sheep and goat in the field were very cute and it was easy to walk the dog along the old railway line. We appreciated the bread and milk for breakfast as it's a bit of a drive to any shops so this was very helpful. It's not the easiest place to find so follow closely the directions sent by the owner and you'll have no problem locating the cabin as the directions they send are completely accurate.

"Very nice hosts who came to see on arrival."
We were a bit disappointed by the layout no cupboard space for groceries no wardrobe for clothes. Bed too big for bedroom or bedroom too small for bed. No toilet brush and no toilet roll holder. Shower mats needed. But saying all this it is perfect for weekenders. Also very peaceful except for the wasps.
We are sorry that the cabin was not up to your expectations. We built the cabin with the idea of providing a taste of a simple life in the country with a hint of luxury. It does lack some modern conveniences, mostly down to the space available. We feel that the beautiful peaceful location, and the opportunity to get away from the stress and strain of normal life, and enjoy connecting with nature, provides huge benefits. Unfortunately with that comes issues of animals and wildlife which whilst we try to reduce, we are unable to totally remove. Thank you again for your valuable feedback we wish you well. "What an amazing place, Rebecca and Peter are so welcoming, the little touches were great the milk bread and eggs on arrival."
With you being on the farm you are greeted by the sheep in the morning, which was lovely and great entertainment. We were able to feed the lambs which was a lovely experience. The cabin was clean and cosy. The area is lovely great walks and some beautiful places to visit around the surrounding area. Rebecca and Peter are very knowledgeable about the area and where also at hand for help and advice. Would highly recommend 10/10

"This cosy cabin is set in a wonderful location away from hustle and bustle with amazing views."
It has great access to neighbouring towns either on foot or by car. Even though you're on a working farm it is very peaceful and quiet. The owners are really nice people who made us feel so welcome. We were lucky enough to witness some lambs being born and also got to bottle feed them which was a bonus. The cabin is clean and comfortable with everything you need. The hosts left us eggs bacon and milk from the local area which was a lovely touch. We can't wait to return.

"This is a wonderfully peaceful little haven and we were lucky enough to be the first Sykes visitors."
The hosts Rebecca and Richard were very welcoming. It is a perfect base for visiting the surrounding area and a lovely place to relax after a busy day out and about. It is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Not to mention a glorious sun trap. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. Thank you for a much needed break. We will be back.
