“We were slightly disappointed that the photos didn't truely reflect the condition of the property including its outside appearance.”

The decoration was worn. The grouting in the bathroom was stained as was the bowl of the toilet. The curtains in the living room had mould spots on the back of them and they were so thin that we were woken at 5.30am each morning with the room being filled with sunlight. Boiling water from the kettle was full of grey flecks so we couldn't make hot drinks during the weekend. The owner was friendly on the phone when arranging key collection and we were able to check in early. The greatest benefit ...

We have our summer holiday cottage in Angelsey booked with Sykes so I'm hoping this is a one off.
