Second time we have stayed here.

Excellent Location for South Beach, great for th dog. The accomodation was fine and suited us, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed staying here and plan to come back.

An immaculate property with everything you need in a perfect location.

Joanne is very and friendly an informative. We have been 3 times now and the property looks as new and fresh as the first time with new additions such as the lovely and modern cooling fans. I cannot fault it

Our dog enjoyed having South beach within a stone’s through from the house. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Very clean ,except freezer had 2 half used tubs of ice cream in it, should have been taken out .

Great for parking right next to beach . Town 10 minute walk , lots of bars and fish shops , we would definitely go back .

Everything on hand , road quite busy . Thought stripping the beds was a strange request , unsure where to place dustbin liner as only garden bin available , early departure time , but overall lovely stay very enjoyable would deffinatley reccommend and hopefully return sometime .

Parking at property . Everything at property you need for a good holiday. Dog friendly.

A pleasant stay, and even got mostly good weather (a shame about the easterly wind).

Generally pleased with the property though as a more elderly family found the shower floor somewhat slippery, and the bath a little hard to get in and out of. A shelf in the shower would be a useful addition for shampoo and shower gel. Nonetheless we would be happy to return.

Well appointed with everything you could need for a short stay and great sea views from the front windows. Communication was excellent throughout booking process and a lovely personal email on the day of arrival was also super helpful. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again next year! Great property.

Location excellent very near promenade and beach. We loved the accomodation which was clean, warm and well equipped with outdoor space. Own driveway a bonus.

Ideal for us with our dog, having a safe enclosed garden.

We wanted to be close to the sandy beach and it's within a 5 minute walk, you can see the sea from the window. Warm, clean and comfortable house and quick and easy communication with the owner.

It's in a great location, just a short walk from the beach, harbour and town centre. The house is furnished to a high standard and had everything we needed and more. Well recommended!

Fantastic holiday , lovely house really well equipped.

off road parking space very helpful and so close to the sea and all sunny Bridlington has to offer!! Lots to do locally too and good transport links if you don't want to use the car.

Really comfortable and spacious. Well equipped and furnished as a holiday home, with lots of nice little touches. A great location for exploring Bridlington and beyond. It was good to have the dog friendly section of the beach within a short walking distance.

I love Seaside House, this is our 3rd visit and it truly is a home from home.

Our first impression was of a clean, tidy property in a fantastic location; only 100m to the beach.

Spread over 3 floors, there is a handy hallway with storage for coats and shoes. Leading to a handy utility space with washing machine, and clean garage and a garden with furniture. Upstairs on the first floor is a light, bright living / dining room with modern, stylish furniture, a modern, well equipped kitchen with everything you might need for a self-catering holiday, and a shower room. On the 2nd floor is a large double bedroom and a twin room as well as a bathroom. Everything about the property is modern and spotlessly clean. We had a fantastic, comfortable holiday. One minor niggle was the window blinds let in a lot of light so we woke early, but we didn't mind that TOO much as we were on holiday and the weather was warm so we couldn't wait to get up and out on the beach with our dog. The only other negative was having to book Friday to Friday - this meant we had to book 6 days annual leave from work rather than 5 days if it were Saturday to Saturday. We try to get away as often as possible so this is an important factor for us. Overall, highly recommended for cleanliness, facilities and location.

A clean and well planned holiday home with good facilities and in a superb location.

Friendly owner who even replaced a frying pan about which the previous holidaymakers had complained. We found that a couple of the windows didn't seem to work terribly well in terms of opening and closing, and the main bedroom is very light in the morning. Enjoyed our stay.

I had a brilliant time staying at Seaside House.

The owners are most kind and communicative before and during the stay and make you feel at ease. They left me kind items to enjoy during my stay which was an added bonus. The accommodation itself is fantastic. Great location just off the beach but yet on a quiet road so you can enjoy both peace and convenience at the same time. Extremely spacious and immaculately clean. Smart TVs to enjoy many viewing options whilst spending time in the house. Lovely outside space at the back of the property. Powerful shower and extremely comfortable bed. Brilliant instant and easy heating system. I had the most wonderful time at Seaside House and look forward to staying with the owners again in the near future. Thank you for everything.

Everything you could need in kitchen except the large frying pan which looked as if someone had burnt something in it.

every where was spotlessly clean, and the beds really comfortable. In a great position for the beach and town.

Excellent, well equipped, comfortable spacious property in a superb location being so close to great beach walks.

We are already looking at dates to book again in the near future.

All was good however the kettle needs descaling.

Another excellent stay at seaside house close to all amenities especially if you are fetching a dog with you having your own car parking space is an advantage and will definitely book seaside house again

A pleasant stay, proximity to town centre and promenade are perfect.

The accommodation was clean and tidy. One of the nicest places we have stayed in.

Had a lovely holiday at Seaside House the location was fantastic just a short walk to the lovely beach.

The house is spacious set over three floors, spotlessly clean and had everything that we could have needed. The bed and furniture was very comfortable also provided blankets to use for our dogs. Kitchen facilities were great as we like to cater for ourselves also has parking always a bonus. The owner even contacted us to tell us we were able to enter the property early. First time holidaying in Bridlington and we will definitely return to Seaside House great accommodation.

Cannot fault it and if you will have me my brother his dog Bertie back would love to come back and stay in your lovely home.. Very comfortable and homely with everything we needed.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the property. We are going to return early May next year to Bridlington, but unfortunately this property is already booked up. One suggestion: a breadbin or cake tin would come in handy for storing bread/cake and a new small frying pan for frying eggs would also be handy. We are likely to come back to this property in the future.

Beautiful clean home with all the facilities you need for a relaxing holiday.

A lot of thought has gone into providing extra touches such as a welcome pack, prosecco and even little treats for the dog. The garden was great and got the sun most of the day. We enjoyed our glass of fizz on the decking!! Great location just 30 yards to the beach. Also a short walk into town which was a bonus. Highly recommend.

Great house in an excellent location.

The enclosed garden was great for our little dog. The house was lovely and clean. Couldn’t want for more. Thank you for the treats for us and our dog.

The location is perfect for the beach. Check in was simple. The house exceeded our expectations as it was so spacious and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need and a much appreciated welcome gift. The main bedroom was very big and easily fit a travel cot. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. Having two bathrooms was a big plus! We didn't get to use the garden as we were only there for 2 days but it looked lovely and was bigger than I expected. I would definitely recommend a stay at Seaside House.

Seaside House is a lovely house, very comfortable and perfectly situated for access to the beach and town.

It is also within walking distance of the railway station and local supermarkets should you need them. Super comfy quality beds and linen plus the extra touches of fresh milk, coffee, tea and biscuits plus a bottle of fizz on arrival. A lovely place to stay. Thoroughly recommend.

Surprisingly good weather for our week's stay which enabled us to do most of our exploring by foot.

Owner sent local and property information in advance of our arrival. The accommodation was most comfortable, warm and quiet. The location was perfect for us. We visited the Old Forge in Sewerby for a very nice lunch. We also enjoyed a vegan lunch at the Nut and Nettle in Bridlington Old Town. My husband also participated in the Sewerby Park Run on our first morning. A great week - we hope to return.

We have been coming to Bridlington, in self catering, for years and it's only now we have found this place. The four of us could not praise the property enough even had a dog safe garden for Ralph the dog. Excellent spot right across from the beach. This is going to be our forever holiday destinion

50 meters. Plenty of places to eat & drink that are dog friendly as well in Bridlington highly recommend Salts restaurant for there fish & chips.. Beeches are really clean and with areas for dog walking plus plenty of very clean public toilet's along the Front & in the town ideal for spending the days on the beech. Will be defiantly staying here again

Fabulous property!

Only yards from a great beach and short walk into town. The only downside, the beautiful weather meant the bedrooms let in too much light, some sort of blackout would aid sleep

Loved our stay at Seaside House, so close to the sea and front and a lovely walk to the town and harbour.

Clean and thought of dog owners with throws for the sofa (we took our own) and also a towel in case they got wet. The basket of tea, coffee, chocolate, biscuits and dog treats was a lovely touch. We parked up on the drive and only took the car out once for a visit to Whitby. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely stay at seaside house, very spacious and comfortable and has everything needed for a weeks stay.

Only slight niggle would be that the hob could do with upgrading as was very slow to heat up. Would definitely stay again.

The seaside house is a perfect house in a fantastic location.

You walk out of the front door and you're a minute walk from the beach and maybe a 5 minute stroll to the shops and cafes. Supermarkets are a couple of minutes drive away. The house itself is modern, spotlessly clean and has everything you need. The owners have thought of everything. We all agreed that the photos on the website don't do this house justice. We had such a lovely time that we've booked again for later in the year. Thank you Joanna and George.

The property was out of this world.

It was clean , fresh and cozy. We had an amazing time, Did not want to leave it. Its the best house ever. We are so glad we found it on sykes. Love love it. Definitely book again soon.

Great location just yards from a large beach and a short walk to the town so in a quiet area. Communications prior were appreciated as was the welcome pack and biscuits. Parking outside the house and utility area and garage available with enclosed garden for the dog. One of the best we’ve stayed I. And Would definitely stay again.

Wow just wow!

!! Arrived at this gorgeous 3 storey house Friday 14th October. So spotlessly clean and so comfortable. Just along the road from the beach to walk our furbabies and a lovely walk into town. Calling into the local pubs that are dog friendly and very welcoming. Everything we needed for our weeks relaxing holiday no driving was a bonus. Gope to retrn soon 10 out of 10 to the owners. We could not find any fault with the seaside house everything was there you need,spotlessly clean and lovely to look at, the only criticism was if your not a early riser the light does come flooding in main bedroom due to white blinds with no blackout however this didn't bother us but could with others.

The owner contacted us on second day to make sure everything was OK and was very helpful. Overall this was a lovely stay and hope to return in the future if available.

We loved our stay in this beautiful house in a quiet position with every amenity and a nice garden with patio to enjoy the sunshine.

. All activities, are within a 15 minute walk and the beach is literally at the end of the street just 2 minutes away. The owners are friendly, helpful and easy to contact for information or help at any time We will definitely be making a return visit

A delightful property close to the beautiful beaches of Bridlington.

Ideally located to explore the scenery of Flamborough Head, where we saw the seals and dolphins, Sutton Bank and Robin Hood Bay. Property was excellent and we wanted for nothing. A lovely welcome pack for humans and for furry friend! Owners very friendly and helpful. Located close to the beach where dogs are allowed. Very dog friendly area and for humans too!

We could not fault this lovely house which is beautifully furnished and decorated.

The house was fully equipped with everything you could need. The location is perfect and it has a nice sunny garden with furniture and a bbq. The owners could not have been more welcoming and helpful and we would highly recommend staying here.

Seaside house was perfect for us .

We enjoyed self catering easily and eating out if we wanted. Much thought had been put into the renovation and deco of the house… tasteful n practical throughout. If we may make a suggestion that a couple of Pyrex or microwave dishes would be a bonus as we usually take along one homemade Curry Rendang to eat in our first night of holiday. Ownwer reachable via telephone in emergencies and responded so positively to help us out.. We hope to return as we did next t have time to enjoy the outdoor space! Well, the great outdoor space was a plenty and close by ie the Beach!! We hope to return.

We had a very enjoyable week at Seaside House.

We appreciated a friendly welcoming email with lots of advice on places to visit etc. The house was well set up for our visit, the bed was comfortable and the wifi (perhaps now a necessity!) was good. We made one contact with the owners for advice and got a prompt and helpful reply.

Best holiday home I have ever stayed in. Light, bright, homely and spotlessly clean. Plenty of information and small little extra touches. Cannot find any faults and will definitely return.

We stayed at Seaside House over New Year and found the property to be really clean and well-prepared, with all the right kitchen equipment etc.

.. we needed for a family of four! It was really nicely furnished (with a particularly impressive Welcome Pack!) and a great location very close to the beach. Joanna the host was very helpful, we had a really lovely, relaxing stay and would very happily return again. Tim
