The property

The Coastal Hideaway is a charming, one-bedroom holiday retreat resting in the quaint coastal town of Hornsea, East Riding of Yorkshire.

With off-road parking, an enclosed rear garden with hot tub, and a collection of tastefully-presented interiors, this delightful abode makes an idyllic base for a couple looking to book a relaxing, romantic getaway just a short drive from the Flamborough Outer Headlands Nature Reserve.

Park up on the private driveway of your new home-from-home, taking a moment to soak in your surroundings before heading indoors to unpack your belongings.

Enter The Coastal Hideaway, wherein you’ll instantly be greeted by an array of well-appointed living spaces.

Set up in the fully-equipped kitchen/diner, where you can get to work whipping up a romantic dinner for two whilst your partner uncorks a bottle of your favourite tipple.

Enjoy your meals at the dining table, sharing memories or planning the rest of your holiday before you finally settle down in the sitting room, an inviting sanctuary where you and your loved one can delight in a movie marathon on the Smart TV as day rolls into night.

When the sun has set and your eyes have grown weary, head to the ground-floor shower room to revitalise with an invigorating shower on your way to settling down for your precious slumber in a sumptuous king-size bedroom.

Treat your nearest and dearest to breakfast in bed, before you both get prepared to explore what’s on offer in Hornsea and beyond.

A short walk will bring you to your closest Morrisons and Tesco supermarkets, handy for stocking up on homely essentials throughout your stay, whilst a delicious treat or a hearty takeaway can be picked up from Just Gingerbread bakery or Whiteheads Fish and Chips, respectively.

During your visit to Hornsea, be sure to stop by the shimmering waters of Hornsea Mere, get up close and personal with exotic wildlife at Bugtopia Hornsea Zoo, or spend an afternoon picnicking on the golden sands of Hornsea Beach.

Further afield, a drive north along the coast will bring you into the Flamborough Outer Headlands Nature Reserve, a magnificent region home to the impressive South Landing Beach, the serene Danes Dyke Nature Reserve, and the must-see site of the RSPB Bempton Cliffs.

For the ultimate couples escape to East Yorkshire, book The Coastal Hideaway.
