Would be 5/5 but the pressure of the water in shower very low, bbc3 and 4 not working on virgin box, broken right hand recliner, and noisy hot water pipes, maybe system needs bleeding?

Hi Thank you for your feedback back it’s appreciate. T V all sorted with new virgin box. Unfortunately the recliner was broken in use and is not repairable so will have to replace. Other 3 recliners are all in working order . Water pressure on shower is an issue but nice to use the jacuzzi bath . Will hear out for the noisy pipes on the next exchange. The cottage is very popular and your feedback is appreciated to keep on top of things Thank you Janet &Tony Property Owner

The cottage is amazing - the photos and the Sykes 3 tick rating do not do it justice. It has been tastefully decorated with great attention to detail and thoughtful touches. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise as were all the little other added extras - the owner left a comprehensive list of information to quickly explain how to operate things along with lots of information for local walks, bus routes and attractions. So quiet, warm , comfortable and homely. The rear yard is perfect for four legged friends and would be a lovely place to sit out if you were lucky enough to have good weather. Extremely comfortable in every way. Relaxing as felt home touches very pleasant. The beach literally 5 mins walk. Which allows dogs and is a beautiful sandy beach where you can walk for miles and then enjoy a coffee at Saltburn beach cafe and stroll back at your own leisure. Lovely quiet location,Marske, nice for relaxing. Plenty of places to go to nearby and not too far places for sight seeing if you nip off in the car or a bit of retail therapy. Later fish & chips from the local chippy are amazing, taking back to the cottage and sit outside the cottage at the patio set provided, enjoying a glass of wine with them. Equally nice in the morning having breakfast and a coffee enjoying the morning sun and making plans for the new days adventure. Just can't fault it well done to the owners. We were also impressed by the owner's message to say the property was ready over an hour before the designated time. It was a real treat to stay there and we would not hesitate to return in the future.
