  • "'What a find!"

    ' lovely accommodation in the centre of Beverley with secure parking. Very comfortable,tastefully furnished and decorated. Lovely hosts- welcoming and happy to help with local info and timing to other places. Loved being able to walk around the town which has great shops including M and S food hall/cafe just up the street. beautiful buildings, the Minster, museum, North Bar and various gardens. Expect some traffic noise at busy times but only to be expected. We absolutely loved our stay here. Thank you

  • "It was our wedding weekend and we were thrilled to stay in such a beautiful coach house in Beverley."

    Our first impressions were very high, the large courtyard parking shared with the owners was beautifully presented, it’s rare to find a large gated drive in Beverly centre. The owner Lou came to great us and was thrilled it was our wedding weekend. Both Lou and John live next door in a beautiful house and are very friendly hosts. Many of our guests visited their high class butchers in central Beverley and purchased champagne gifts without us being aware! The coach house is a dream with very luxurious bedrooms, the living room is spacious, but cosy and quiet for those last minute wedding nerves, which did not appear. Everything was available as marketed by Sykes for our celebration weekend, with little additions in the fridge we were not expecting. Unfortunately the patio area was not used as we had torrential rain.The next time we stay we will ensure a glass of wine or two is enjoyed in the sunshine. Definitely one of the most beautiful, very comfortable and historic buildings we’ve stayed in. The early photos in the lounge were a nice touch, I could move in permanently tomorrow.   • "Had a lovely stay at what was originally a coach house."

    The owners John and Lou were very nice and lovely to talk to. The property had everything you need and was very comfortable with the added bonus of secure off street parking. It was a thirty second walk to the centre of town but was in a nice quiet street.

    So quiet that didn't realise we were in the town centre. Secure parking. Only a few steps away from M&S Foods!!!

  • "It was a wonderful place, the only things we would ask to make the say better would be."

    A little more crockery, an additional chair in the living room and a Mattress topper on the main bed. Thee was no instruction for garbage removal or recycling.

  • "What an amazing property!"

    Very clean, comfortable and everything you need for a great holiday. The owners are very friendly and greeted us when we arrived. Beverley is a lovely town and the property couldn't be any more central. Parking is a massive bonus. Would love to return!

  • "The property is absolutely beautiful with luxury fittings and furnishings , the location is fabulous!"

    It would have been helpful to have had a visitors and Information pack to let us know how to work appliances , etc and have recommendations on places to go but apart from that our stay was lovely and the hosts were really helpful

  • "No 12 is a great property in an ideal location, close to M & S food hall for starters and the rest of the shops."

    Parking is an added bonus and secure...we weren’t sure how to close the gate rang the owner for advice as we couldn’t find an information handbook for appliance use. No 12 is very spacious and comfortable, and well decorated .Although the kitchen is compact, it has all the essentials you need ,a well stocked supply of tea ,coffee etc . I did feel the kitchen would benefit from a microwave and dishwasher instead of washing machine . Some spare light bulbs could be a useful addition. The bedrooms are well decorated with good storage . Although No12 is within the towns one way road system inside the property it is very quiet, outside in the pretty courtyard area for the you hardly notice the traffic ! (The owners garden is lovely) We had a lovely stay and would consider a revisit.

  • "A cosy, warm cottage which is yards away from the main shopping area and the Minster."

    Parking was easy but on several days we left the car and explored Beverley town centre. Many Pubs and eateries very close-by and a large M&S food hall within 100 yards. Do visit St. Mary’s church - it is full of interesting sculptures and roof bosses. Our hosts were very friendly and approachable. We thoroughly recommend this cottage.

  • "Lovely property."

    Could have done with abit of dusting before we arrived, and lots of cobwebs. Beds very comfortable, kitchen small. Agree could do with microwave, but didn't spoil our stay, as we eat out mostly. Being in Beverley ,was brilliant and to have secure parking on premises an absolute bonus. Went to Ert, theatre which was just a stones throw from us for comedy night, which was great , run by community and volunteers. Lovely friendly people

  • "Wonderful cottage and great location in the centre of Beverley although it can be a little noisy from traffic and church bells at night."

    The cottage is very comfortable with quality furnishings and fittings. You will see the owners regularly who live next door but they are a very friendly couple.

  • "Lovely converted coach house adjoined to the house of the owners who were very welcoming and helpful."

    Fantastic, private location in the heart of Beverley with secure, on site parking (real bonus in a thriving and busy market town). Very clean and modern with tasteful interior decor and very comfortable beds. We felt a microwave would be useful.
