  • "Kerry was most helpful and responsive throughout the trip."

    The accommodation was small but well appointed and comfortable. The location was very convenient for the town centre, yet very peaceful and quiet. All was very good . If we could request one thing it would be the addition of a washing machine as we were there for three weeks!

  • "Spotlessly clean, comfortable, and ideally located close to the centre of Beverley."

    The ground-floor accommodation had everything we needed. The owner provided a parking permit for a nearby spot just a short walk away. Beverley is a fantastic town full of great independent shops, pubs, and eateries, and communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Pete and Maria

  • "The accommodation was excellent, first class."

    It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and in an ideally located in Beverley close to the town centre. The faclities inside were excellent everything you need. Car parking available nearby only a short walk from the property and covered by Permit via the owner. Accommodation on the ground floor perfect for us and would suit people with mobility issues. We had a wonderful short break. The town is lovely with lots of independent shops several pubs and restaurants. Communication with the owner was excellent.   • "What a great apartment Bakers Cottage is !"

    Clean, comfortable and in the heart of a lovely town without being noisy. Every one of our needs were met at this property from the pint of milk in the fridge to the comfortable bed . Highly recommend !

  • "Location perfect in the lovely market town of Beverley."

    Modern apartment done out with coordinated gold even down to the shower. Easy access to all facilities particularly no stairs. Main living space was very roomy with modern appliances. Kerry , the host, was really helpful and answered all our questions promptly. I would certainly go back but we now live in Beverley!

  • "The cottage had everything we needed to to enjoy our break, Excellent kitchen facilities if like us on odd days was nice to cook a meal, sit and relax and plan the following day and next coffee stop."

    Cottage was tastefully decorated, relaxing, quiet and spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend and we will be returning. Thankyou so much Kerry for all you do.   • "What a fabulous place!"

    Absolutely gorgeous. Very comfortable and spacious accommodation. Everything was of such high spec. The owner Kerry was very approachable and helpful. I stayed in Beverley as my sister lives there and I wanted to spend some time with her and her family following the recent loss of my husband. It was lovely to be able to step out the door right in the middle of shops and restaurants. I shall definitely be returning to stay in the spring. I highly recommend staying here.

  • "Cosy & Convenient with Parking nearby(paid for by owner) what more could you want?"

    . Step outside the gate turn right into the lane and you're in the Square with an abundance of eating places & shops. Kerry was most helpful especially when we said our 2 granddaughters had invited their selves a night stayover she sorted out extra bedding & Marshmallows/sweets for them!!!! The apartment was spotless & felt brand new. We will be back.

  • "Our stay at the Old Bakehouse was everything we hoped, bright, clean and extremely comfortable, with the best bed ever!"

    We slept really well, it's such a quiet space, even with such close proximity to the town, literally 2 minutes away. It's well equipped, and the welcome treats were much appreciated. We'd definitely recommend it.

  • "I regularly book time in a Sykes property for the respite weeks I have from caring for my disabled wife, and I've seen all sorts."

    My specific criteria - town centre if possible; somewhere to park my car; quiet but within easy reach of activity; shower rather than bath. There have been some great ones along the way, but The Old Bakehouse beats them all and proved to be truly excellent. It is a new, stylish and comfortable place in a converted old bakery, ideal for one or two people. Owner Kerry was a delight for communication and has really worked to make this a memorable place to stay. Tucked away, it is perhaps two minutes walk from Beverley's market square and within easy reach of the Minster and all of the other delights this town has to offer. Kerry arranged a space in the nearest council car park and it is also within a couple of minutes walk. Really enjoyed my time here.

  • "Thank you so much for a lovely stay in this newly renovated one bedroom apartment."

    I cannot fault this accommodation. It has everything you need for a short stay (a washing machine would be a welcome addition but by no means a deal breaker). The apartment is clean, modern and comfortable (and the welcome bottle was a very nice touch!). It is at the very centre of Beverley and a stones throw from the conveniences of Beverley's marketplaces, shops, pubs and restaurants, but with a secure private courtyard space gives plenty of private tranquility with its lovely flowers. You would never know you were in the centre of town! Thank you Kerry for a lovely stay x
