    Lots of additional things that made the stay much more comfortable than most places. Deceptively large, lovely spacious open plan kitchen diningroom lounge. We loved sitting in chairs in small consevatory and garden qhich was well maintaned where we enjoyed sitting in sun and relaxing. Looking to book again. Loved this property as beyond expectations

  • "This property is very deceptive."

    As you arrive it appears to be a small cottage, but on entering it’s spacious & comfortable. The kitchen is enormous as it’s only for 2 people. Everything supplied for 2 people to have a great stay. Special mention for the spotless cleanliness on arrival. Great location, just a short walk to pubs serving food & short drives to get out & about.

    Don’t let the word “cottage” fool you as it is very spacious and modern. I only gave 4 stars because the small double bed was way too high with the mattress topper and the settee too saggy and low so very uneven seating. Great parking spaces. Ideally located for beach, shops and pubs.

    Especially enjoyed cooking on the Smeg❤️. Added bonus - own private parking, especially as the cottage is just a few minutes from the sea. A real credit to the owners who have put a lot of thought, into this home.

  • "From the moment I stepped into the cottage I knew I would feel right at home - and I was right!"

    It is beautifully decorated throughout inside, with a lot of care and attention to detail. The cottage is deceptively spacious inside and has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa with large screen TV (and one in the bedroom), good Wi-Fi and even a dedicated area with desk/chair to sit and use your laptop, should you be that way inclined while on holiday! The off-road parking is a real plus and its location near the seafront is an added bonus. I enjoyed my stay.

The popular seaside town of Withernsea, lies in the East Riding of Yorkshire. This cosy, coastal haven has a relaxed atmosphere, the perfect location for a family break.
