On the ground floor, you’ll find a stylish double bedroom, ideal for guests who’d rather skip the stairs, and a friendly twin room that's perfect for kids or friends sharing.

Up on the first floor, a further double bedroom offers a peaceful escape at the end of the day, while the grown-up lounge just along the landing offers stunning sea views across the harbour, South Bay and the coastline beyond.

In-room drink making facilities allow you to take in the sunrise with a cuppa or watch it set over a glass of wine.

All bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated with calming tones and comfortable furnishings, offering restful retreats after days spent by the sea.

The family bathroom sits on the ground floor and comes complete with a small bath, ideal for little ones, as well as a spacious walk-in shower to get you up and out in no time.

Downstairs on the lower-ground floor, the heart of the home awaits: a spacious open-plan living area combining a well-equipped kitchen, a dining space with plenty of room for everyone, and a welcoming sitting area with plush leather sofas and a Smart TV, perfect for evening wind-downs and movie nights.

Step outside to the enclosed south facing rear garden, your private slice of the outdoors.

There’s a decked area for laid-back alfresco meals, a lawn for games and garden fun, and comfy seating where you can stretch out and soak up the sun.

Parking permits are provided, free of charge for one vehicle.

We are happy to provide additional parking permits with no surcharge, at cost price of £1.50 per day, per vehicle.

The house can also be accessed via the secure garden gate, quick and ideal for sandy walks home from the beach.
