Coastal Cottage

Really nice accomodation.

Clean, tidy and in a good position. Extras like packet tea, coffee milk and biscuits a welcome, unexpected bonus

We were very comfortable, the place is above other properties that we have stayed in at the bay.

.. Lots of little extras tea coffee and so on, small but sun trap garden. The only tiny niggle the twin bed mattresses seemed more fit for a child rather than an adult..... all in all would we stay again Absolutely, a great stay.

We had a great stay at coastal cottage, It had everything we needed.

Excellent location in the site, only a short walk to the central amenities in the bay, and 15 mins to the beach. The kitchen had plenty of equipment for cooking meals and bedrooms were all comfortable. The property could benefit from a stairgate and perhaps more secure locks- we have a 4 year old and he could easily have turned the patio door lock and got out of the house, we had to tie the handles together to make sure he couldn’t get out. We also weren’t sure about parking as none of the parking areas say communal next to them throughout the site so it’s hard to know if parking spaces belong to particular properties. We parked in the spaces nearest the house and it wasn’t too busy except for at the weekend. As other reviewers mentioned, some blackout blinds would also be great as the bedrooms are bright from 4.30 in high summer.

Fabulous stay everything we could have asked for and more will definitely return .

the 2tower fans which was delivered were were very much appreciated

Lovely cottage, very clean with a nice fresh spacious feel.

Well equipped throughout and great on site facilities, especially the pool. Easy access to the beach. We will be booking again for next year.

This is a great property in a great location.

Comfortable, clean with everything you need. 10 minute walk to the wonderful Filey beach. Minor niggle, get some black out blinds. We were awake at 4 every morning.

This is a beautiful holiday home.

The Bay is such a lovely place with a peaceful, safe atmosphere. The house is well appointed. Lots of details provided make it comfy. I only didn't give 5 stars because the blinds are ineffective at keeping light out so the light sleepers amongst us woke very early. The bedrooms all have windows on two sides which is beautiful during the day, lots of natural light, but personally I'd rather be asleep at quarter past 5 in the morning.

We have stayed here several times before and like the location and facilities.

This time, we noticed new kitchen cabinets and refurb but we were slightly disappointed with the cleanliness of the kitchen when we arrived. Dishwasher was on but no bin bags or dishwasher tablets or washing tablets - usually 2 of each would be fine but to have none - and no bin bags in particular was not great. Please could pillows and mattresses in twin bedroom also be looked at as very worn. Rest of property is super, very spacious and comfortable and good outdoor space to sunbathe in - and we had great Spring weather. We are keen to return and hope that our minor issues are addressed.

Great spot with all the facilities.

Clean and tidy. Easy parking. (2 gripes - one single bed has broken frame/slats making it not safe for adults; only 1 travel cot provided not 2 as requested!?) Otherwise all good.

Our holiday at Coastal cottage was for 3 nights from Boxing Day and we are 3 adults, 2 teenagers and a small dog.

We have stayed lots of times in several different properties at The Bay, but this was our first time at Coastal Cottage. The reason we originally chose it was for the downstairs bedroom and WC as we had my 88 year old father in law with us this time, and it was ideal for him. He loved his cozy room and it was great that he only needed to go up and down the stairs once a day for the shower. The cottage was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and smelt lovely when we arrived. It was also very spacious and comfortable and there was more than adequate seating both in the lounge and around the dining table for us to relax, eat and play games. We found it extremely well equipped, with the bonus of a large fridge freezer for all our Christmas goodies, and very much a home from home - our kids even abandoned their phones for a rummage through the games cupboard!! We had also been left a very generous and much appreciated welcome gift of chocs, Prosecco and biscuits. We had brekkie in the pub on our final morning which was really nice. Other than that we didn’t use any facilities at The Bay as we were out and about but have done lots of times previously and have always found them to be fine. Overall, Coastal Cottage is undoubtedly one of the nicest properties we have stayed in at The Bay and was an absolutely gorgeous place to spend the Christmas weekend. We all had a fabulous time and didn’t want to leave. Thanks very much to the owners.

It's an excellent property.

Very clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. The park is quiet, very tidy with good amenities. The only slight negative was on our last night, we thought we'd go to the pub for a quiet drink. Unfortunately, it was spoilt by the over enthusiastic chap continually apologising over the very loud PA system that the bingo sysyem wasn't working. We will definitely return.

We loved our stay at coastal cottage.

With five of us staying, there was plenty of space and having three bathrooms was a bonus. The cottage was tastefully decorated with a seaside feel and was stocked with everything we needed, all down to the finest details - dvds and games came in handy in the evenings. It's located in a quiet area with not a lot of footfall passing, but only a short walk to the pool and tennis courts. We would be very happy to stay here again.

Highly recommend this property, spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious, decor excellent and exceptionally well equipped.

We love this location for our holidays.

Lovely holiday home in a great location for a fantastic beach and beautiful sea.

It was quiet and peaceful with facilities on site and the cottage had just about everything we needed for a great holiday. It is light and airy with lots of storage and comfy beds, and a well equipped kitchen. Although there was a high chair and cot provided we could have done with a stair gate too as we had a lively toddler with us.

verything was wonderful.

The property is beautifully decorated and had everything we could need and more. We don’t tend to return to places as there’s so many places to see however we will definitely be returning here. The only small gripe I have is that the beach is at the end of a very steep hill. I feel this should be mentioned in the listing. I would like to bring my parents and my father has limited mobility. We will bring his wheelchair when we return but this would have been useful to know in case they had joined us on this visit.

There were no hand towels or pot towels in the Kitchen.

No hooks for dressing gowns or clothes in the bath rooms.Check in at 3pm and out at 11am would be better. Minor details about very good accommodation.

Coastal Cottage was perfect for our needs and beautifully maintained.

The kitchen was packed with everything you need. The outside seating/ dining area was secluded and a sun trap making it perfect for eating or playing games. We would definitely book the cottage again.

We had a fantastic time at Coastal Cottage it was so clean and comfortable and in a perfect spot for the pool & beach .

.we will definitely be going back for another stay !

Great property in a great location close to the beach.

Love that you can use the swimming pool and gym.

The property is a wonderful retreat on very well kept grounds.

Close to amenities and walks. The only critique I had was the bedding wasn’t as crisp white as it should and wasn’t sure when we arrived if it had been made by previous guests! Other than this a very well presented holiday property.

Thank you for another lovely stay

Lovely accommodation for our family (4 adults and 2 children.

) Plenty of space and had everything we needed. The house was clean and tidy. Travel cot and highchair were made available. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Mattress could do with changing very uncomfortable, sheets put proper sizes on too fit the bed (not king size on a double).

I no it isn't the owners fault, but the cleaners that go in do a very poor job ,dust everywhere has been cleaned properly for weeks, fridge was dirty, bath needs cleaning out before could use, shower had hairs in.. beautiful house, just cleaners need to do the job they are paid for

Well appointed cottage is excellent location.

Nice patio area in the afternoon sun. Would definitely recommend.

Nice house.

A few down sides to it. Toaster very very slow. No instruction for several equipment in the property. Very creeky floorboards upstairs in master bedroom and en suite. People cutting through the side of house whilst your sat out on patio and peoples dogs roaming round from nearby properties. Otherwise a lovely stay.

We enjoyed a lovely family holiday at Calvert Croft.

A very comfortable & well appointed property which suited our family of 4 adults, 1 x two yr old & dog. Used both double rooms which were very comfortable, twin room used only for toddler’s travel cot. Didn’t quite understand communal grass areas initially but plenty of spaces around to walk dog & play area for toddler. A very dog friendly place. Very good to have 2 bathrooms & downstairs loo. Location excellent, close to leisure centre & pool & great beach access. Unfortunately the outside drains were a bit smelly at times. We really liked the layout of Filey Bay, it was an oasis of calm to return to and would certainly consider staying again.

Fantastic short break at Calvert Croft.

Really well stocked and had all the facilities we needed. Warm, welcoming and comfortable, perfect for our late winter getaway. Always enjoy coming to The Bay, quiet and well kept complex with excellent amenities.

This property is beautifully decorated and very well equipped.

It was warm, welcoming and extremely comfortable. The bay is in an ideal location for walking into Filey and the Christmas lights were lovely. I would certainly stay in this house again and would highly recommend.

Lovely house with all the facilities as expected, Nice and close to beach and easy access to Filey and Scarborough.

Only negative points around the accommodation were areas to park the 2 cars we had, wasn’t fully sure if I had a designated place or it’s on a 1st come basis. Secondly 10am to vacate is a bit rushed and doesn’t allow the time for a relaxing start to the day, 11am would be better. The pub on site is great asset for a local drink although not being able to walk in and go to a table but being asked if we had booked (even though just for a drink) was a bit odd and restrictive. Also might have stayed longer, but for the crazy pricing structure we decided against it… 2 alcoholic drinks and 3 soft drinks £25… medium glass of pretty standard white wine £10.25 is a bit high end for the stature of the pub.

We had a great week here.

We would definitely stop in this house again. It felt roomy even with the six of us in the same space at any given time. There is also plenty of storage for pushchairs, wellies, outdoor toys etc, which you don’t always get in these types of accommodation. As an ex chef I noticed the kitchen more than most would have. A great space. There were plenty of utensils, crockery, pans etc. could have done with a proper cheese grater rather than the nutmeg one, and there was no whisk, apart from those it was top drawer. No real negatives, but the creaky floor downstairs might need looking at. Thank you for being part of our relaxing week. Cheers, Dave

First time staying at the Bay, very pleasant stay.

2 Calvert Croft is a spacious well designed and well equipped property. Very quiet location with off road parking. Good leisure facilities and only a ten minute walk to the beach, ideal for dog lovers. The only negative is no passes for the leisure centre where present at the property. We were informed by staff that they should have been passes in the property for us to use. Other than that we had a very enjoyable stay and can certainly recommend.

First class accommodation in a perfect location for access to the beach.

All facilities on site are very close by for access and provide a great service.

I booked this for the in-laws and they absolutely loved there stay.

Clean, comfortable house in a perfect location. They would definitely book again.

Property ideally located to explore the coastline and further inland.

Surprised there was no electric shaver sockets in either bathroom. Plenty of room for five of us to stay.

Nice property.

Met most of our needs. Beds too soft for one member of party with limited mobility, made it hard to get out of bed. A shame. Lack of hand wash in bathrooms, some in one of them but none in others. Did get two pints of milk left in fridge. Only four of us so plenty of seats for us but would be very cosy for the six it sleeps. Patio area nice and gets sun till late, very nice, it's not enclosed (doesn't claim to be) if your dog likes to wander. The Bay as a whole was not very accessible so am afraid would not return but that's due to our specific group needs.

This is a beautiful holiday home in a lovely location.

It was spacious and immaculately presented. We were a party of four adults, a three year old and a 10 month old. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. My only criticism would be, the TV signal isn't great and with having litte ones our evenings were spent at the house. I know this is not something the owners can rectify, it was just a little annoying. The dinner plates were too big to fit in the microwave. The main issue was the travel cot mattress, which was way to thin, it was like the baby was sleeping on the floor. She would not settle so we had to improvise, but don't let these small things put you off. Thank you

Lovely, clean and welcoming home to stay in.

The house was perfect beautifully decorated and well equipped home as well as a great location, lovely site and will definitely go back again

Well presented property, clean and tidy had everything you need, would highly recommend to family abd friends.

The property is lovely, however, if 6 adults are staying then the living area becomes quite restrictive, not a fault of the owner but it just felt that we were quite limited for living space.

On a minor equipment note, there were only 6 mugs so for each drink we had to keep washing up. On the plus side we had no hot water on the second morning and even though it was the weekend the owner called me within 20 minutes and talked me through a solution.

We had a really nice week , the house was nice and clean and the owner was very helpful, thanks

Spent 2 months over the winter in this property.

Loved the location. Great walks for the dogs, used the gym and swimming pool every other day. The local pub is good for a visit if you stick to the basic food menu, ie pizza, fish and chips. The property itself is a good size, having 1 double bedroom on the ground floor and 2 double bedrooms on the first. All clean, well decorated. The kitchen is clean and well equipped with a good quality dishwasher, washer dryer and cooker. We didn’t find parking a problem with 2 cars. We will hopefully be back. Debbie’s communication was excellent and she was very helpful when we needed linen changes etc.

Excellent property great location no complaints had a great time.

10 minutes walk to beach just to warn people it's quite a steep hill from the beach back to the house wasn't a problem for us but might be for others would stay here again and recommend. Could do with a shop on site in case you forget anything but that is just a minor issue

Great property, well positioned for all resort areas, good facilities on the Bay.

Lovely property, comfy sofas and beds, we will definitely book this one again

Just returned from a lovely weeks holiday The house is on a very quiet estate and the position is ideally for what I call a proper seaside holiday 4 resorts very close by The house was very well equipped for a party of 5 adults and bedroom space was very good the very small en-suite could be improved with a hook on the door for a towel as you get out of the shower and a small rack to hold your gel etc in the shower itself so you don’t have to keep bending to the floor We felt the living space was small for 5 adults and would be a squeeze for 6 an additional armchair would be good but obviously this is the design of the house.

Whilst we knew there was no private garden just a small patio space it was a bit of a pain having to put Ivy our dog on a lead every time she wanted to go out although there is plenty of green spaces between the houses and she did enjoy the wild meadow area for her morning walk and being October she really enjoyed her runs on the beach We went on holiday with my sister who stayed in an apartment with her two small dogs would we go back we said yes

Needs a little bit of maintenance in places.

Size of ensuite especially the shower would be an issue for anyone older or of bigger proportions and a proper photo on the website would help. Other than that a nice homely property

Had a lovely stay in this wonderful cottage, slept well in a very comfortable bed, the cottage had everything we needed for our stay, the cottage was clean, bright and well equipped.

Cottage inside was lovely.

Facilities were good and everything there for a good self catering holiday. Beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep. What really let's this cottage down is the outside dining area. Table is in an alcove and only gets the sun for about 30 minutes late afternoon. Cottage is advertised with ample parking, but parking is in authorised parking bays on the site, but because there seems to be more cottages than bays, sometimes it is very difficult to get a bay near to 2 Calvert Croft.

The cottage is absolutely lovely everything was spot on

Property was excellent, very clean and tidy on arrival, well equipped, very much a home from home.

Great location for all local beaches.

We were generally very happy with the accommodation including the best garden chairs ever!

We had two areas of concern. 1. The settees were both in need of renovation/replacement, especially the one in front of the window. The 'faux leather' was cracked and peeling off from the seats and some of the back. 2. No mattress cover on upstairs double bed (despite being described as part of Covid management.) Twin bed sheets too small.

Enjoyed our stay.

Everything fine in the property and would definitely stay again. Thank you

A lovely holiday cottage enhanced by its position as part of the Bay holiday homes development.

The living space was one large room and accommodated 4 adults and 2 children comfortably. The bedrooms and upstairs areas felt really spacious. The only note we’d have is that some extra small towels for hair would have been appreciated on top of the one large fluffy towel we were provided. Great to have access to the Bay swimming pool, park and beach access.

The property was beautiful, plenty of space and very comfortable with everything we needed to enjoy a family Christmas.

Lovely spacious property, facilities are great.

We took our dog over the fireworks week to give him peace as he gets distressed with the sounds, and was perfect. would definitely book again.

Really lovely holiday house.

Dressed with style, well equipped, sofas a little worn. Couldn’t ask for more.

House was very clean and comfortable with everything needed for a holiday stay.

Very dog friendly location and easy access to a great beach,

Excellent accommodation on an excellent site with plenty to do

Although we enjoyed our stay in the bay.

We prefer to stay in filey itself. The Bay is a nice holiday complex but it only has 1 restaurant and 1 cafe . So needed to go out every day . The property was nice . Very dusty, and the beds were a bit to soft . Probably getting ready for new mattresses. None of the properties have enclosed gardens so were unable to allow dog out . Didnt feel private enough to sit out and have a barbecue or breakfast outside on the small allo cated patio as very close to the neighbours and overlooked by quite afew others . The beach was about 15 minute walk awake but worth the walk. We found the childrens park . We used the onsite gym and the pool . The pool changing rooms were very small and you didnt feel comfortable trying to get dressed . So only used the facility once .The complex was kept very clean and was very quiet .

Lovely house, very clean, light & comfortable.

Full size fridge/freezer very useful. Only real criticism is the en-suite is extremely tiny. Would be very difficult for some to use. Fortunately the main bathroom is spacious so this was used for showers. Minimum cleaning items, fortunately we bought our own supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful well equipped and nicely furnished cottage Situated on the Bay holiday park We stayed last year and will return next year We loved the beach at Hunmanby Gap a bit easier to get down to than the Bay as we are over 60 we take our Grandaughter it's also easy to get to lots of other places e.

g. Scarborough Bridlington and lots of pretty villages we visited

A massive thank you to Debbie and her team, nothing is a problem we had a lose toilet seat and sink tap needed fixing someone was out first thing.

The property was immaculate and so many lovely little touches to make it a home from home. A lovely selection of tea and coffee milk in the fridge! The beach theme was just lovely the staff at the leisure centre were lovely the beach was a lovely little walk. Can honestly say we had the best time and would love to come back

We had to report.

Sewerage smell after first day. Action taken by Sykes and the lady who property it is was very good and the issue was sorted without n less than 24 hrs. This is the second time we have spent time at this house and have nothing but positive feed back. Every thing you would expect is in this property, also very clean on arrival. We will defiantly be booking again for next year.

Great resort, obviously some restrictions due to the pandemic but these were clearly advertised and the only thing that could have been better was the weather :)

We had a lovely holiday and felt the property was cleaned well and felt very safe.

Lovely cottage within The Bay.

A bit of a walk to the beach and the final bit of path is very steep. Cottage had everything expected and felt very safe and clean. Always important but more so in these difficult times. Felt like home for a week. Parking was a bit of a problem on 2 nights. looking at the map in the welcome book some extra lodges have been built so maybe this has increased parking requirements. You are asked not to park on the road but it was impossible not to one night and 6 other cars did the same. location very quiet and met our needs perfectly. Would stay again if I’m Filey

The Bay holiday resort is a holiday complete and is managed well the grass and garden areas have been looked after and layout is very well managed.

The property is a three bedroom house and layout inside is good and as described.

Outstanding property, cleanliness was impeccable.

The little touches such as a pint of milk in the fridge make all the difference. As with the majority of the properties at The Bay, parking can be at a premium and the lack of an on-site shop is a small annoyance.

The accommodation was lovely, but the living space was quite limited downstairs, there was only two of us but the property is supposed to be for six people, but it would have been quite crowded, also there was problems with the parking, there was not enough spaces for the amount of cars.

2 Calvert Croft is a great house with all the facilities you would expect.

Even down to a pint of milk in the fridge when we arrived. We have nothing but praise for the accommodation. The Bay was a little disappointing with limited facilities and really lacked an on-site shop.

This cottage was excellent.

Cozy comfortable clean, very well maintained. Lovely situated on a beautiful site.

Having stayed at The Bay in other cottages, 2 Calvert Court lived up to the high expectations we had.

Everything had been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival including all cutlery and crockery. All 3 bedrooms were comfortable and with decent pillows for a change. The lounge was big with 2 large settles which made for very comfortable family time. Hand sanitiser was provided in the hallway and we felt very safe in the house. A couple of light bulbs didn’t work but this was easily rectified when we shopped in Filey. The coffee shop on site is really good but does close early at around 3pm, the pub is really well organised from a Coved perspective. The week we stayed the weather was awful but having a really good base to stay made it feel much better. Really love the cottage and hope to book it again in the near future.

Calvert Croft was an exceptional property.

Clean, comfortable and well stocked with all the provisions you need. The Bay resort was very well managed and all Covid secure measures are being followed in the pub, coffee shop, arcade and swimming pool. A very enjoyable, relaxing and safe holiday.

The house was lovely & clean upon arrival.

It was a home from home. There was everything we could possibly need in the house- toaster, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher plus spare cleaning/household supplies. The holiday village is a lovely base to explore surrounding sights & attractions. It’s only a 15 min walk to a dog friendly beach (uphill on the return though) which was very handy. Overall a great please to stay & a lovely holiday had by all the family

Lovely holiday cottage very well equipped with everything you need The furniture and furnishings are lovely Will definitely go back

Everything was perfect!

Beautiful decor. Spotlessly clean! Near the swimming pool attached to the site! Pub somewhere to eat and a beautiful walk to the beach !!!!

The cottage was immaculately clean and warm and welcoming.

It’s in a great holiday site with lots to do around the cottage.

Really like the idea of having a holiday village with all the amenities (beach access, swimming pool, places to eat) but with a house not a caravan or lodge.

Absolutely stunning property on a stunning site just needs a shop on site.

Kept to a very high standard. Met the guy that looks after the property on the way out very very friendly man. Thank you.

The property and the condition is the best I have encountered in the many years that I have been using this type of property for a family holiday.

. I can also highly recommend Sykes Cottages for the information on description and photographs used for their advertising purposes. Having previously used Sykes ( But now having reached the age of 81 years ) I would still hope that I still have a few more years for myself, and in particular my family, to enjoy the benefits of using your company in the future.

Family had a good holiday in this location.

Weather was glorious which helped. Resort its is very safe for young children and the house was everything we needed for 2 adults and 3 young children. The only negative was the lack of activities available on site during our stay. Virtually nothing was available to do as an extra. The biggest disappointment was the pool/leisure facilities. Big pool freezing, baby pool out of use all this year - one of the main reasons we booked here (1yr old, 4yr old and 6yr old) Shower/changing facilities filthy and smelt bad. Showers stone cold. The pool area needs to get its act together fast or many unhappy customers there will be. Positive - we would actually return as said before, the house was great and location is very handy for commuting about

The location was really lovely.

Perfect for bringing along a little one, we especially enjoyed having access to the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay

The area around the property us very clean and well kept.

The facilities on site are good. However the is the second time we have stayed and the first time the gym wasnt in use on this visit the swimming pool was out if use.

We had a wonderful week in 2 Calvert Croft, it was a the perfect size for our family, tastefully decorated, warm, comfortable and very well equipped.

The kids loved the swimming pool which we made good use of! The Bay is a great location for exploring the North Yorkshire coast, we were lucky with the weather and had lovely days out in Filey, Whitby and Robin Hood's Bay. We loved the easy access to the stunning beach. Highly recommended!

Beautifull holiday home.

Very clean .tea making facilities and fresh milk left for us . Comfy beds and tv's in all bedrooms making this the ideal place to relax and get into bridlington and scarbough.

This cottage was lovely, I have stayed at a few on this site and this was by far the nicest.

It was very clean and had everything I needed. Will definitely return

We had a great time, the cottage was fantastic, they thought of everything and more to make our stay a home from home.

Just wish The Bay had a bit more for teenagers other than the pool. However we are thinking of coming back next year as we enjoyed the cottage so much and may even book for a long weekend in the meantime. Thank you.

Spent a lovely week at 2 Calvert Croft.

The house is a real home from home, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The hamper is a nice gesture to help you to settle in quickly and the games, DVDs and buckets & spades etc were all put to good use. The only thing I could fault (if I had to be picky) was that the fridge is only very small and there is no freezer... however as we were only there for a week it didn't matter. The site is lovely and clean and it's only a short stroll to the beach. We did walk along the beach into Filey which took us about 40 minutes each way. That said, it was a very slow walk with lots of stopping to collect shells!! The pool was clean and although it can get busy at times we found that late afternoon was a good time to go. The only downside to The Bay, in my opinion is the lack of entertainment. An odd pub quiz or something for the children a couple of nights a week would have been nice. Overall a lovely week spent in a beautiful house. We didn't want to leave!!

Amazing place, beautifully decorated.

Had everything we needed and more, great location and enough space for family and young children.

My family and I love our holidays to the bay Filey.

We always book with Sykes found their prices the best. Our first stay in Calvert Cross and we were not surprised at the high standards at this property as this follows the theme of this lovely holiday village.

Booked for the Easter week.

The warm, comfortable cottage made up for the first three days of inclement weather. TV, WiFi,books, games and nice welcome hamper greeted us., The Bay is convenient centre for the east coast resorts. Only a short drive to Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough. The Bay holiday village would benefit from a bigger shop/store for newspapers, and provisions. However, Tesco in Filey is only a 10 minute drive away.

It was nice to find a welcome pack and cleaning materials and equipment available.

We contacted Sykes on one occasion in relation to some bulbs that became in need of replacement. The response was prompt and rectified quickly

The house/cottage was exceptional and a real home from home.

The welcome pack left for us was a nice touch. Would definitely go back and recommend to family and friends.

the cottage was lovely, very clean new and exceeded our expectations.

t

Awesome cottage.

Spotless.
