Discover Lodge 1 Primrose in a tranquil area of greenery, boasting two neatly-presented bedrooms, a king-size with its own handy en-suite cloakroom and a twin, each with plenty of storage so you truly feel at home.
Optimise your stay with use of the open-plan living space, hosting a well-equipped kitchen, fabulous dining area and inviting sitting area with plush sofas and an electric coal-effect fire creating a warm ambience.
Step through the French doors onto the decked area adorned with patio furniture, an idyllic spot to dine alfresco or soak up the countryside air with a warm drink in hand.
Take a dip in the private hot tub and pass the time stargazing or planning for the days ahead.
In the morning, embark on a light stroll to Runswick Bay Beach, delighting in the sea air before venturing into the centre for a sweet treat in one of several lovely cafes; if you’re feeling more adventurous, why not try your hand at a range of watersporting activities at the beach, including kayaking, paddleboarding and swimming.
Visit Staithes to stock up on the self-catering necessities and sample of the many restaurants, pubs, takeaways, tea rooms or indulge in traditional fish and chips.

What guests are saying
This is our second visit to these lodges but this time there were more lodges on the park which made it feel cramped and parking was an issue as some lodges had two to three cars outside, also there is no outside lighting on the drive into the park so a torch is a must.
The lodge itself was basic with very few homely touches i.e. ornaments and cushions. The Pines park next door is a gated park and is a better kept park in our opinion.
I wanted somewhere close so 25 minutes to get there was good.
It had everything that we wanted. Food was good at the Royal and the Runswick bay pubs. Search my video, Primrose Lodge, Runswick Bay Sykes
Lodge itself was very good only problem we had was the hot tub it never stopped quite noisy if you woke up during the night but yes everything you needed was there if you wanted to cook and the bed was lovely comfortable we loved the space behind the bed you had a walk in wardrobe never had that before overall a really lovely stay
