"We were delighted with the property and its location."
Unfortunately my very tech savvy husband, Brian, had a real struggle with the TV, and only luck solved the problem. The instructions sent were not helpful. Other than that, everything more than satisfactory, and ‘thank you’ for the welcome bubbly and cake! And our dog enjoyed his treats, it was a marvellous house for him.

A lovely holiday home from home with everything we needed. The free parking was right outside on the road. The sea front, restaurants, bars and supermarket were minutes away. Thank you for the welcome Prosecco and sweet treats. All in all a fab place to holiday. We would love to return.

"We were a group of 6 adults (3 couples) and we all thought the accommodation was beautiful, clean and well equipped."
The living space and kitchen/dining areas are really generous sizes. The only debate was who got the nice big king size room! We did the decent thing and took the small double, which was comfy but just lacked hanging space

"The house looked as per the listing, beautifully decorated and spacious."
Beds were made immaculately and very comfortable, the prosecco and sweet treats on arrival was a lovely touch! It had all the facilities we needed, the water pressure in the upstairs shower was very low (didn’t try downstairs). Some areas were quite dusty and the carpets hadn’t been hoovered, highchair hadn’t been cleaned very well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and if the cleaning was improved it would definitely be 5 stars!

"My first impression on entering 29 Garnet Street was “wow”."
What a beautiful property, renovated to such a high standard and beautifully and tastefully decorated/accessorised. The cleanliness throughout the property was 100%. There was everything we needed for our stay, from the lovely comfortable beds and clean crisp bedding and towels to the private sun trap area in the garden. I did think about giving a bad review that way I could stop people coming to this beautiful property and keep it to myself

So spacious really surprised as looks smaller on the outside. Beautifully decorated. My only concern would be a few tweaks on the cleaning. A dirty glass in the cabinet and a dirty cutlery drawer. Streaky shower and mirrors. For such a high end property would expect the cleanliness to be on point. Would definitely return an absolute gem Located in a brilliant position

"What an absolute gem this place is!"
So glad we stumbled across it for our first stay in Saltburn, the property has been tastefully decorated/furnished to a very high standard, it had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Loved the welcome pack too! It was the perfect location, only a short stroll to the local supermarket/shops/bars & restaurants & a 5 minute walk in the opposite direction to the beach. We shall definitely be back & we will be recommending your lovely home to our family & friends. Thank you!

Would come back. As it can be booked for 6 adults you could do with an extra lounge seat in the lounge. But apart from that would recommend you friends and family

"Stayed for a week end of March at no 29."
The house was lovely and warm, spotless and well equipped. It is beautifully decorated, very light and spacious (5 adults, toddler and dog). Location is ideal 2 mins walk to cliff top, shops, cafes, train station etc. Blessed with good weather so also able to enjoy the enclosed sunny patio area at the back. Ate at Sea View restaurant and a take away from Coco and Rum both excellent. Never had a problem with the on street parking. We would all like to stay here again. Thank you
