  • "We had a lovely stay at The Dairy Cottage."

    The cottage was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, peaceful and quiet, and it was clear that so much love and attention had gone into both the design and maintenance of the property. The welcome pack was really thoughtful and had everything we needed to feel at home. The owners were also lovely — very friendly and welcoming when we bumped into them. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend The Dairy Cottage!

  • "Fantastic little hideaway for two."

    Dairy Cottage was spotless and very quiet. The countryside is beautiful and peaceful, although the road can get a little busy, but it never affected us. The hosts were lovely and helpful and nothing was too much bother. We loved giving their dog a fuss each morning and evening - he greeted us as long list friends. We would certainly recommend this cottage and complex.

    The lounge was super cosy, the bed was comfortable, we loved the layout, especially the bedroom with the extra seating area. The cottage had everything we needed. The hosts greated us and were so friendly. A wonderful week.

    Cottage clean and tidy,with everything you could need, ideal for the two of us. Courtyard lovely. Used top field in evening to sit out, quiet with fantastic views towards the coast. Location great. Near enough to all nearby attractions. Visited Ravenscar, Robin Hoods Bay, Whitby, Scarborough, Filey, Flamborough. Used local bus service most of time. Bus stop nearby on main Whitby - Scarborough route. Hosts wonderful. Couldn't have been more helpful. Will certainly return. Thanks for a most enjoyable holiday.

    Has everything you need. Very comfortable. Great location for access to lots of coast and moorland, so fabulous for walking, days at the seaside or visiting the many picturesque villages in the surrounding area.
