The Space.
Upon entering the property, through the back of the house, you'll be welcomed into the bright and spacious kitchen diner, Featuring a large dining table, a leather bench and five dining chairs, there is ample seating for your whole party to enjoy dining together.
Fully equipped, the kitchen has modern appliances and cookware.
Towards the rear of the space, you'll find the snug area which includes a wonderful clash of prints to create a quirky look, featuring a woodburning stove, this is the perfect family space to relax.
Isla House has a second living room which features a large bay window seat, woodburning stove, and sofa.
It is the perfect place to sit in the sunshine overlooking the garden, taking in the sites or reading a book.
The property boasts four double bedrooms.
The lower-ground-floor room has an en-suite shower and bathroom with patio doors opening out onto the garden patio area.
The second, master bedroom can be found on the first floor, and a further two bedrooms can be found on the second (top) floor.
Each bedroom is spacious and benefits from premium bed linens and plush bedding and towels.
The family bathroom on the first floor has a large copper freestanding bathtub, double walk-in shower, and statement wall mural, WC, and basin.

Isla House is located on the peaceful, iconic Esk Terrace near the harbour and marina away from the hustle and bustle of Whitby's old town where you'll find many restaurants, shops, and pubs just a short stroll away.
The house is located on the West side of Whitby.
You'll be able to revel in the nostalgic seaside charm, head to the arcades or explore the beautiful blue flag West Cliff Beach which is lined with idyllic beach huts, a surf shack, and when the tide allows, a beautiful walk to the cute village of Sandsend with its lovely cafe's and a great pub.
Venture over the iconic swing bridge to the East side of the town and you'll find the ancient narrow streets dotted with boutique shops, bars, pubs, restaurants and the famous 199 steps to the Church of Saint Mary and Whitby Abbey - the inspiration for Bram Stoker's gothic novel 'Dracula'.
Getting Around.
Whitby train station is a short walk away, so villages and towns along the North Yorkshire coast can easily be reached via rail.
There is also a taxi rank in close proximity to the train station.
There are plenty of bus routes throughout Whitby.
Hop on the X4 and you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Sandsend, Runswick Bay and Staithes.
The X93 travels along the coast to Scarborough.
The 95 route features plenty of quaint moorland villages such as Grosmont and Lealholm.
