It is a beautiful apartment with everything you need for your stay such good attention to detail down to the lovely décor all the way through it is in a great location and such a quiet area too we loved every minute staying there we will definitely be returning as we only touched the surface of Whitby

It was a perfect location for walking into Whitby and had a great view of the river. The parking outside was great too. We really enjoyed our stay at Whitby Waves and would stay again.

"Great holiday apartment, would highly recommend."
Excellent location for walking into town or up to the Abbey/Brewery, or cycling along the cinder path. Off street, allocated parking and lovely views onto the harbour. The accommodation was very thoughtfully equipped and the lovely decor made it feel like a modern hotel suite! Loads of lovely touches including games for the family and streaming channels on the TV for the odd evening when the delights of Whitby get too exhausting!

Beautiful little extra touches, art and accessories. Very comfortable and clean, lovely kitchen with everything you need for your stay.
Great having the parking making it easy to get off and explore the Yorkshire coast, knowing you can park at ease when you return from a day exploring. Nice walk into the centre of Whitby and in a peaceful spot. Very quite

"It was definitely a wow moment when we walked into the apartment."
It was immaculate and so well designed. There was plenty of storage and a real feel of home. The view was fantastic and just a ten minute walk into town.
The car parking space directly outside was an added bonus. We will definitely be returning.

We were comfortable and warm. The accommodation is lovely with everything you need for a break. I would recommend it and hope to return in the near future. The information book was exactly that full of all the relevant information need.

Otherwise, a great place to stay, wonderful location. We watched a kingfisher from the sitting room, whilst we had a cuppa.
Thank you for your comments we're happy to hear you enjoyed your stay , sorry you couldn't find some things in the kitchen. We have moved the grater and egg cups to another cupboard which is easier to find (as they were hidden behind some things) and replaced the teapot which had been broken and I wasn't aware , thank you for letting us know, hope to see you again :)

If I was to find fault it would be that the sofa was a little uncomfortable but with all the attractions of Whitby I wasn’t sat on it much

"A great place to stay - we specifically chose it because we were taking my elderly father with us, and his mobility is limited, so having a ground floor apartment with a walk in shower was perfect."
He also enjoyed watching the steam trains go by as there was a good view of the trainline from the apartment. The use of Netflix and Disney+ was also much appreciated. Would definitely book again!

The only reason I didn't give the 'comfort' section top rating was because I did find the sofa uncomfortable.
