Happy Days

The house was lovely, comfortable, well maintained & had plenty of equipment, including a barbeque.

The welcome pack was appreciated & the enclosed garden was perfect for the dog. The house is in a great area to get into Bridlington & surrounding resorts. We had a great stay.

On arriving on the Friday late afternoon we were lucky that our son was not arriving until the Saturday as we could only just get onto the drive because the next door neighbour had all his tools halfway across the drive as he was fixing his van this went on until Sunday even though my son couldn't get on the drive plus he had his gas van at the bottom of my parking area which made it difficult to back of the drive and one day in the week his mate parked there which made it difficult for me to get on the drive.

When we started to use the toilet we found that the toilet roll and towel holders where coming away from the wall in both upstairs toilets i did send an text but it was ignored. In the kitchen and in the main bedroom where the carpet and lino meet they were both frayed and my wife tripped on the one in the kitchen which had been reported over six months ago and has i had had no response from my previous text i thought it would be a waste of time sending another. Outside the table was disgusting we had to clean in before use and someone arrived to mow the lawn which was quite long which should have been done before we arrived.

A nicely situated semi detached handy for the town and beach, each within a 20/30 min walk.

Small garden at back useful for dog owners. Has everything you need for a self catering holiday, the only item we lacked was a teapot, this we thought was a sign of the times. Overall a good choice.

fantastic property, with all you need to make a comfortable stay,extremely warm holiday home, comfortable beds, with nice bedding, close to all areas of interest.

20 minute walk to beach, little further to town, but nice walk. only area which needs looking at was carpets near door into kitchen was coming up a little, also small sofa was extremely hard to operate the recliner, we will be back thank you

Happy Days is such a lovely, clean and comfortable holiday home, a real home from home.

Very well equipped, in a great location. The house was nice and warm in cold weather and parking was a bonus. The thing that would make it absolutely perfect would be having the use of an EV charger but there are some close by. We would love to return again soon. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely property.

Happy Days has everything needed for a lovely holiday.

The garden is fully enclosed, great for our Jack Russell. Location wise Happy Days is in a perfect location. 20 mins walk from the beach. Lots of places to visit and explore. The house is very new, the surrounding area is still being developed, don’t rely on satnav to find it! The beaches around Bridlington are lovely. The Lobster Pot is just down the road, providing good food and is dog friendly.
