"We had an amazing stay at Deer Hill Grove."
Being from the area, I already knew the location well, but the pre-arrival communication was excellent and really appreciated. No.21 was perfect—very well equipped in every way, with thoughtful touches like games for both adults and children. The welcome package was a lovely surprise and showed that the hosts had really thought of everything. This was a fantastic find for us, and with family living nearby, we’ll definitely be returning and becoming regular visitors. Big thank you to the hosts!!

"The smaller bedroom was extremely hot and I was unable to sleep."
We couldn't locate the thermostat to turn the temperature down. I tried to turn the radiator off at the wall but the room was still too hot. I left two voicemail messages on Sandra mobile but never got a response. I understand that there can be some delays in getting a response but not getting any response at all is poor customer service.
We are truly sorry that you had no response. This is not usually the case. We will leave messages for future guests on an alternative method of contact by email, in order to ensure responses are given in a timely manner. The property
Deer Hill Grove is a charming semi-detached house set within the city of York, North Yorkshire close to the North York Moors National Park and within easy reach of plenty of amenities.
Park up and take in the welcoming exterior of this North Yorkshire retreat before stepping inside to discover the inviting sitting room.
Create delicious meals with ease in the kitchen, where you can enjoy views of the surrounding houses and greenery.
Later, return to the sitting room to curl up as the evening draws near.
