Inside, the property features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, a ground-floor twin and a double with an en-suite shower room, along with a ground-floor bathroom offering a bath with a shower over.
The spacious living room with dining area sits beneath striking pitched beams, creating a light and inviting space for gathering after a day of adventure, while the fully fitted kitchen includes everything needed for home cooking, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher.
The cottage also benefits from underfloor heating on the ground floor and electric central heating throughout, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in every season.
Outside, guests can enjoy a gravelled rear garden with furniture, perfect for alfresco dining or a quiet morning coffee surrounded by peaceful rural views.

What a lovely break, super nice property everything we needed very comfortable.
Well equipped and beds comfy. Position to drive to Whitby was 20 mins but wow the scenery was outstanding. Trenchers recommended and the pub/restaurant opposite station good. Staithes and Saltburn and Skininggrove on the must visit list. Would love to return. Welcome pack of biscuits and teabags nice touch. We enjoyed our stay

The barn was beautiful and the animal neighbours a lovely addition. We had everything we needed and the welcome pack and information guide was very thoughtful. In a great location and some lovely pubs nearby with great food! We were sad to leave and will definitely be returning!!
