1 Customer Review

  • "Wheeldale Cottage is spectacular, set in a lovely location and an easy walk to shops, cafes, bars and bus stop."

It had everything I needed, including comfortable living area, bedrooms and garden. The beds are high quality but I recommend having different pillow types, they are quite soft and it would be even better to have the option of firm pillows too. I really appreciated the treat basket, unfortunately I can't have gluten, so gave these to the lovely neighbours next door. Regarding washing machine and tumble dryer, I went searching around the house for them and eventually worked out, after reading the booklet that these are in the garage. It might be an idea to make this clearer. However the washing machine and dryer worked very well and I appreciate that you have washing liquid and dishwasher pods. Some hosts don't supply these, so I really appreciated it. Regarding bathroom, as the shower is above the bath, it would be good to have a safety handle to hold onto, when getting in and out. The whole property is ground floor, so those with disabilities, like myself or elderly would really appreciate something to hold onto, so we don't fall. I am being very picky with my review, I honestly couldn't rate Wheeldale any higher, just small add ons that would improve the stay. Thank you.

Thank you for your lovely review. We will take your feedback on board. We would be delighted to welcome you back at any time. Sharon & Ken Property Owner
