Regretfully we found the floors needed a good hoovering and the skirting boards needed cleaning.
There was no hoover onsite to remedy the problem. Otherwise the property was lovely and warm with gorgeous views. Well placed to visit various attractions. Recommend the Drummer boy cafe in Richmond for excellent meals, Try their Steak pie yummy, fantastic cakes. Very popular so suggest booking
We spent a lovely 2 weeks at the genesis cottage.
It had everything we needed and more. Owners really helpful if ever needed but not in your face. Lovely rural location, nice pub close by and supermarket short drive away.
Premise’s was set in a quiet rural location on a farm with sheep & cattle which was nice to see.
Plenty of wildlife to sit outside and watch. Great location for good attractions in the area. Catterick not far away for all your amenities if required. Cottage was set out nicely and host very pleasant. Plenty of horse racing courses in the area.
